Understandably he’s a lil smitten watching her relationship with the kids considering his own mother passed when he was their age 🥺 only ep 6 and he’s already grown a soft spot

Literally heart racing after that burning ship sequence!! They executed the intensity exceptionally well, despite instances of marginally off colour-grading on the vfx. Might just be one of the top scenes I've seen this year.

I enjoyed this drama at first but somewhere along the way it lost me and became background noise 😭 don’t get me wrong the premise was interesting, happy with the actors performance, but unfortunately the script became draggy and it’s almost as though they were going round in circles. Just one ep to go, but I’ll put it off for now.

Feeling hella betrayed rn 🤨🫀🗡️ wdym you’re going to give me an adorable and endearing side couple to root for then 💥 BAMM💥 somebody dies . Don’t get me wrong, I’ve enjoyed everything else about this drama so far. 😭 but now I’m having flashbacks of POB, like whyyy, don’t kill my darlings pls. Praying the narrative doesn’t take a nosedive for the worst.

Just kicked off watching but omg the visuals from EP1 are insane! I loved the sequence he escaped the camp and transformed back into an adult. The way they visualised his heightened senses was so fun to watch 💕💕💕 sorta giving me werewolf vibes 🥰 I

Having grown up on Bones, NCIS and a multitude of other crime shows, this drama is so intriguing 😚🤌🏻💕 and on top of that, being a historical drama as well, its honestly perfect for me 🫶🏻💕✨only 5 ep in so far but mannn i wanna binge the whole thing 😭 I loved Landy Li in The Starry Love, and she's even better here!

She was 2FL in the OG script it seemed? Since the ML married the younger sister and didn’t mind that she died, which albeit is strange since in the Modern meeting the other female lead wasn’t present. In the current eps it seems ML isn't interested in the younger sister. The screenwriter is still “editing” their script and trying to bring the two together so she is currently FL. She was poisoned at the wedding because the script writer doesn’t want her to marry off to the general. I don’t think anyone was behind that besides the screenwriter. Which is why she was sent back months before the wedding took place because the screenwriter was fed up with her getting past every obstacle. As for the kid? I think it was just a way to make the whole debacle extra meta since it’s a whole play on tropes. 🤗 so far this is how I’ve read the situation. There could be other takes.
