Just a suggestion but maybe the arguments on the actor’s page shouldn’t be brought to the comments on this page which are about Our Generation as a whole. You are entitled to post your opinions about the ML’s screen time here or anywhere else, but your argument with another user doesn’t add any helpful input about Our Generation.

Sometimes people are turned off because fan comments usually are too positive or too negative. It ruins discussions when fan wars break out. I haven’t yet started the show but I’m feeling negative vibes from this drama discussion page. 🙁

I wanted to love this show so much but I can’t. This is an okay drama but nothing special. Earlier people in the comments here were saying this is like Hospital Playlist only about a law office. To me Law and the City lacks the heart and depth that HP has.

Before starting this drama I would like to know if it takes place entirely in their school years or do they become adults in later episodes. (I don’t enjoy dramas where the actors are in their 20s or 30s and portray high schoolers during the entire series.)

Any premarital sex has to be vaguely implied in cdramas. In episode 23 the island was set up with candles and flowers much like a bridal chamber. After the couple declared their love and kissed the scene faded to show red flowers and a flowing water noise was heard. Together both are symbolic of consummation.

The leads romance isn’t slow burn at all. They’ve been lovey-dovey since early episodes and in episode 23 they have premarital sex on that small flower strewn island. Their romance unfolded quite quickly for a 38 episode drama. I’m not complaining though. It’s refreshing to see a drama where the leads get together early and stay committed to each other throughout the drama.

Did you watch the final scene that came after the credits?

It was pretty sneaky of the director to put that scene after the credits. So many drama watchers skip over the end credits.

Yiting asking for men to get pregnant was so funny. 🤣

Thanks for pointing the portal out. The first time I watched I thought he just walked out of the building but after rewatching the scene I noticed the background of the portal changed when he walked out.

Why is the screenwriter character on CGH’s side? He didn’t care about what SYM or NH went through in the drama but now he’s doing everything he can to help CGH. idgi

Some people have been saying that rule #4 is if she unexpectedly dies she resets the drama to sometime before that point in time. Like in the first episode when she died on her way to her marriage to CGH several times. She kept coming back to life so she could re-do the scene slightly differently each time.

What you wrote makes complete sense. I forgot to look at what happened in episode 38 in the original script. And I’ve seen the clips that you mentioned.

Episodes 37-39 might be intense based on what happened in the og script. This drama is going to be a roller coaster ride until the end.

I just looked at the airing schedule again and noticed that the symbol for episode 38 is 3 swords. Will they have to repeat the triple stabbing again???

Just when you think things are going to go smoothly from then on out something surprising happens. This drama is so unpredictable but that’s one of the reasons I’m enjoying it so much.

According to the subtitles the doctor used modern sutures to close NH’s wound. I think that he has to be from the real modern world. There’s more to him than what we saw on the surface. He’s not just a typical military doctor.

But why is he on CGH’s side? We’ll find out soon.

After rewatching part of episode 32 I think it’s important that the scriptwriter came back as CGH’s dad.

The doctor who operated on NH used modern sutures so he’s from the present. Before operating the doctor got Yimeng to promise to let CGH go free instead of being executed for stabbing NH. The idea of pardoning CGH must have come from the scriptwriter. It looks like the scriptwriter wants to save CGH, but why???

Song XiaoYu is the name of the actress character played by the FL. If you’re talking about the guy in the preview for episode 34 he does look like Chu GuiHong’s father.
