Haha! Dude, do you know you're talking to the Nakamura Yusuke queen here?? I've seen all of those, and as a matter of fact, before I even looked at your last link, I knew what picture you were talking about because you said it was green! I thought, "Oh, he's talking about the one with the piano keys." hahaha! I'm a hardcore fan my friend, and I've loved this man's artwork for years. I even bought his overpriced art book. You probably can't show me anything new. Seriously. *SMUG* I know I sound like a jerk but I'm just keeping it really real with you. But I am glad that you are appreciating his cool pop art. Suffice it to say, I love it very much. :)
I made this wallpaper way back when: http://www.animepaper.net/art/89318/sakura-day-and-night
It's my little homage to Mr. Nakamura. It's aiight. I tried. :)

Hey hey! After comparing our lists, I have 3 recommendations. All 3 are in my top five favorites. :)
1. Kimi wa Petto: This drama is a good mix of being smart, sexy and interesting. It's also generally cute and funny.
2. Guilty Akuma to Keiyakushita Onna: This drama is NOT light-hearted and cutesy at all. It is a little bit dark and intricate and deals with revenge and mystery. You need to be in the mood for a crime-thriller type of drama. But the lead girl is a total bad ass!
3. My Name is Kim Sam Soon: This is a classic, celebrated Korean drama. While it does have all of the typical Kdrama cliches, the sparkle in this drama is in the lead actress, Kim Sun Ah. She is A-MAZING as Kim Sam Soon. The other characters in the drama are amazing as well, but Sam Soon is the reason people love this drama. She's the epitome of a strong woman.
Question, why didn't you like King 2 Hearts??

Hana Yori Dango 1 was difficult for me to watch because I liked Rui A LOT. It was one of those dramas where I kept watching only because I hoped Rui and Makino would get together. But since they never did, I really disliked that.
I thought Domyouji was a terrible person and I couldn't understand why Makino would fall for him. So since I couldn't feel what the writers were trying to get me to feel, it wasn't an enjoyable drama for me. I actually watched season 2! And I agree, it was better, but I didn't like that either! haha! I don't have it on my list...I'd forgotten I watched it! Isn't that the season where it ends with them at the airport or something?... I can't remember...
In other news, still watching Vampire Prosecutor pretty slowly. It's an exceptionally well written detective/investigation drama. I like it very much! It's super violent though.

That's a good idea. I know Rich Man Poor Woman for sure was superficial and lame. I had to drop it. Have you watched Nobuta wo Produce or Tatta Hitotsu no Koi? Those were pretty entertaining and well written jdramas. I'm sticking with shorter stuff for a while. Vampire Prosecutor, too, is only eight or nine episodes long. I like that a lot.

You know what I'm watching?? The Thousandth Man. You know why?? Eight episodes! EIGHT!!! *perfection* hahaha! Seriously though, it's really funny and the characters are very likable. They use the same old drama cliches, but since I enjoy the cast and their personalities, it's not so bad.
I hear what you're saying about the long drama (I forgot the name of it since we've been talking about it over the course of a few weeks now) lol! I'll check it out at some point. Just for you. (*_^)v

I started watching The Thousandth Man last night! It's only 8 episodes long! LOVE that! It's really funny and I like the characters. They use the same old drama cliches, but the characters are really likable so it's not bad. Plus, 8 EPISODES!! lol! *perfection*
I like this drama A LOT and I LOVE that it is only eight episodes long!!! Genius!!! Why aren't more Korean dramas witty and to the point like this one??

So you finished Bad Guy, eh? Worst ending ever or what? I just really felt like that drama ended HORRIBLY!!! I really can't think of a more terrible ending to anything I've watched.
I've been slowly watching Arang and the Magistrate still. Even though I think it's a very boring drama. I've also been watching Vampire Prosecutor occasionally. It's good! I like it a lot. I thought it would be silly, but it's very well written/entertaining.

Dude, no I don't. lol! I just think it's interesting how acceptable stalking in general is in Korean dramas. No one ever thinks it's weird that these guys follow and watch these girls. In MY mind, it's envasive and creepy, but no one says anything. So whatever. It's fine. Stalking is awesome. *gives up*
Hope school is going well!! Good luck with everything lady! Wow, the first half is already nearly over! Time is flying by so quickly.

I think I'm averse to longer dramas because of my experiences. Most dramas feel too long at 16 to 18 episodes. And the one drama I've watched at 20 episodes that was well done all the way to the end was King 2 Hearts. I just have this feeling that considering how painfully formulaic and stereotypical Korean dramas tend to be, there's no way it'll hold my attention for so many episodes. I really think I'll just get tired of watching the same characters for that long. But I'll try at some point. Not now. I've already got one person on here trying to convince me to try Your Beautiful for the fourth time. I'm not making any promises to any of ya'll! lol!
I *am* watching Vampire Prosecutor though. I thought--based on the name alone--that it'd be totally lame. Surprise! It's totally bad ass! I'm impressed! It's a solid detective drama and not cheesy at all! Have you tried it?
Three episodes in and I am impressed! This drama is totally bad ass! It's funny how the premise is so misleading. It's legit!

NO! I will *not* get with the times! haha! Just speak in English to me and we'll be fine! :) The only person I know from f(x) is Amber. I am completely fine with this!
OK, now that I know what you're talking about, I can respond to you properly (or improperly, since I'm feeling oddly snarky today)! :)
I watched the first 10 minutes of TTBY and dropped it like a hot potato. There's no way. All that squealing and teenage-boy worshiping from idiotic girls instantly made my gag reflex go into overdrive.
OMG. Unexpected You has 58 episodes... There's no way. LOL!! I get stressed out when a drama is 20 episodes long!! 58!!! *stress*
OMGGGG!!!! I Need a Fairy has 103 episodes!!! *dies*
Wow. Really?? This list is EXTREMELY subjective. These articles are getting more and more pointless. -__- What about more solid dramas like King 2 Hearts, Coffee Prince, Kim Sam Soon? Wow.

OK, real talk, this is probably one of the MOST boring dramas I've made myself suffer through. For some reason, I feel this odd loyalty to Shin Min Ah, so I am forcing myself to finish and not drop it. lol! But I *will* say that episode 14, FINALLY, established an interesting plot twist. Thank goodness.

The story in City Hunter is poorly written, Lee Minho's acting abilities are questionable and the ending SUCKS. lol! And you're right, the lead girl doesn't matter. What kind of drama has a lead girl that doesn't matter?? Is that OK?? No, it's not.
Now you are making me curious about You're Beautiful. Dammit. lol! I might end up giving it a THIRD try. :)
