I LOVE THIS SHOW - but I am also skeptical when series are stretched out to multiple seasons. More shows falter in latter seasons than those that are able to keep the momentum and excitement like first season.
So I really hope 2 and 3 seasons do justice and are as entertaining as Season 1. Cant wait to see what the main leads get upto in the new seasons!
Am oddly addicted to the show - but i think for next season, they should have just one woman and her trying to navigate through multiple guys who want to date her. I mean given how every season, one particular woman is given a main lead energy and gets more screentime, might as well change the format. Le Sigh! at least this way every one will get equal screentime :/
I am not even annoyed by these main characters, given this is what the script would have been for them, but the makers could at least "try" to have equal screentime for all contestants.
Anyways - still going to continue, cause I love drama, in any shape or form XD

Netflix marketing is brilliant - I may not always agree with it, but cannot deny how good they are. I mean they are mentioned in case studies in business schools - so really have captured a huge market share since a long time. Korean content is not different either and they are doing increadibly well - which translates into the popularity of the shows on it. Everyone wants to "Netflix and Chill"
Though I think even if they are not on Netflix - Love Scout and Study Group are holding out well, and have their own loyal fanbase, irrespective of the OTT platform's efforts

Is the Chairwoman's house made of sound-proof walls. For someone trying to pretend to be miss-goody, Se Young screams too much while in the house, even in her room. I get that it is her character and it was makes her antagonisty but now it is a little too irritating -__- | Like you can plot and sabbotage by being quiet too.

Possibly because Myeongji was always close to her and perhaps thwarted her attempts at finding her daughter. Which is why possibly inspite all the money at her leisure she could not find her daughter. But then ofc there is a stretch given this is drama - ideally she's shown to be a ruthless and cunning businesswoman so how could she trust myeongji so far and be fooled is a question but then this is how the drama logic takes liberty.

YAYYYY! Personally I found S1 to be complete and while I'd love to see the characters again with more adventures, I feel content even with what we have. Cause with multiple season I always have a fear what if the sequel does not live up to S1 and therefore deters others from watching even S1, and what if the wait is too long.
But, but, but - I totally get you and others also - I am still high on how amazing this show was and therefore if they announce S2 I know I'll go crazy (in a good way ofc) š

While the overall experience is positive, I have lately had a fair share of bad ones as well. I personally would like to ignore it but I cannot ignore if someone is being rude/personally attacking. Not sure if the moderators reprimand them once reported - which is why I felt like commenting back to your OP, that hey - we are not alone :)
I honestly hope that people are able to realise and understand that any person disliking a drama does not undermine or erase their fondness for it, OR vice-versa.
Anyways - glad to connect, and yes, 2025 has just started so lets look forward to more dramas/movies and find our favorites, while others become another name in the watchlist (simple)! š

I loved this drama - but am totally with you. Every person is different and so can their like/dislikes towards drama. I had this kind of case too with When the Phone Rings. I had an expectation mismatch (I went into the drama thinking it would be a suspense thriller with some romance, but apparently it was opposite). And I can relate that it makes you not enjoy it overall cause of that mismatch.
I really hope you do not get any negative comment - but its okay to answer those who are trying to understand. But again you don't need to justify - it is your opinion and you are entitled to it. (I was on that end with WTPR and hence felt like replying to your comment)
While I hope you do go back and watch it, now that you know what to expect - but even if you don't I hope you come across other great dramas this year as 2025 has just begun!

I binged this straight and it is almost early morning now but I just could not stop. After a long time I have come across such a good drama that I could not keep down and just HAD to finish. JUST WATCH THIS SHOW - and it will be the best 8 hours spent in 2025 for dramas! ā¤ļø
It has been quite sometime, since I have pulled an all-nighter to binge a drama. Probably cause many new dramas are released over weeks or are multi-season. This drama has made my 2025 start with a bang, drama-wise! Short crisp medical drama with good dose of comedy, action and emotions - Not a single dull moment! I love shows that have a different story per episode, while also having a single common story throughout. All the cast and crew are great and have good arcs - but the main three roles: Baek Kang Hyeok, Yang Jae Won and Cheon Jang Mi shine the brightest. Was already in love with Ju Ji Hoon since his Goong days, and now I have got to see Choo Young Woo for the first time, and loved his acting. (Probably going to start with his other recent dramas soon! Definitely an actor to watch out for)
While I cannot get enough of them I'll not want Season 2 - cause I feel this in itself was complete and flawless. Though if it is made as well as this one, I am not going to complain and binge it too.
Lastly - if you have not started this drama, PLEASE DO! This is 10/10 in every aspect (more details in my review soon) ā¤ļø ā¤ļø ā¤ļø
