Couldn't agree more. One those people who give it their all, and in this case am assuming more so given that he did not get the fame/recognition up until a long time later. This is a result of hardwork which is why works like Lovely Runner, SGNS, Soulmate etc have bought his the much deserved love and popularity.

Heyy! So in She Would Never Know - I know his role is very minimal as the ex-boyfriend/fiancé? (can't remember exact). Also the whole show was a quite slow for me so I did not watch it.
But loved every bit of him in Remarriage and Desires as a main lead though have seen his bit part in Strangers from Hell, which also was really something.
Hence looking to find more shows/movies where I can see more of him, and obsess all over again :P
Would be great to see him in such a role - somewhere down the line I feel he has been become typecasted into roles of mythical origin (Grim Reaper and Nine Tails). While they have been good, a man of his caliber needs more diverse projects!

I am yet to start this series, and yes wanted to watch it for Suho. But like how you have shared in your comment, many dramas prolong it to 16-20 episodes whereas they could have kept it crisp and wrapped in 10-12 eps.

I thought that Ina read her mother's mind before the accident and knew that she purposely did the accident. Like a double suicide. Thank goodness that was not the case, and it was an accident.
While am assuming, the mother was depressed and thought Ina was guilty, because it was her birth moment that made Gwi-ju take note of the yellow door, going back in that exact time cause of Ina but exhausted himself trying to save his firefighter friend/senior. She probably thought had Ina not been born, then Gwi-ju would have not been caught in this vicious cycle, by going back to that moment - and paid more attention living in the present. While it was not her fault but I can see how this has impacted Ina, built on by the fact that other family members including her father have been neglecting her over the years.
It is sad, tragic - and shows us - we should learn to live and enjoy the present!
The father-daughter bond is so precious, even within such fast and less screen-time. ❤️ Still can't believe Jang Ki Yong to be a father, it seems a little weird when I think about his other roles, but he and Park So Yi are totally slaying it

Yay! Hi-five for the common love we share for the theme. And yes, I cannot wait to see this interpretation - this is quite different from the usual pitiful rags to riches stories that I have usually seen as the focus is romance.
Here too it is going to be the center - after all it is a rom-com, but so far the episodes have been so whacky. I think Cinderella and her Four Knights started with a similar theme where she works hard to get rid of her debts/bad step-family, even Goblin had similar themes but they all focused on romance angle too quickly and the ML's became their knights way too soon IMO. Nothing wrong with that as I enjoyed that too and it was something very typical.
But here - guessing that it is going to be a hilarious ride, the ML is going to save her for sure - but the FL also seems strong minded and gutsy, and right from the start her opinions are very clear - she wants to avoid issues by marrying rich. Not a long way about it 😂
Anyways too early to speak so well about any drama - I intend to get obsessed too quickly only for dramas to fall flat towards the end. So while I am hyped about it - lets see how this one turns out to be. Waiting eagerly for Friday already! 😁
True - it was just a matter of time. They are good looking which is a very strong factor to be cast in dramas (I know pretty privilege exists and will continue to) but these 3 are talented as well. Their acting may not be the best in the industry but whatever role they have had - it has been good, enjoyable and memorable.
Like Byeon Woo Seok is going to be synonymous with Sun Jae, Rowoon as Haru and Jae Wook as Jang Uk. They can only grow from here and I cannot wait to see their future projects and the growth they showcase in them! ❤️💛🩵
I was thinking what will fill the gap now that Lovely Runner is complete? Looks like this drama and The Atypical Family are the answer.
Tbh this drama is whacky AF - like what is with comedy antics/scenes and visual effect! But it is not just comedy - can already sense ML has some mysterious past, which of course our Cinderella FL will resolve and have a happily ever after. I am a sucker for Cinderella stories, but usually they are sob stories more or less, frustrating but good. This one though is a WILD interpretation - you have to watch it to know what I am saying. 🤣
The first 2 episodes were weirdly good - acting from both main leads, as expected great. It is a short format drama (10 eps), so a lot is packed in a single episode - just the way I like so that not a minute is dull. Also since this ends on Jun 28 - and they released 2 episodes on a single day, I love this kind of fast paced dramas. Hope it remains the same throughout - and yes Friday just got better! ❤️

Not sure if my vocab is lacking, but is there a female word for bromance. I googled and womance is what I got but not sure if it is used much or even known.
Point of that is - we have many epic bromance dramas, but I am not sure many come to one's mind involving women. So to see these two amazingly talented ladies as the cast and the storyline - I cannot wait for this drama to air soon. This is going to be really good! 💗
Spot On! This definitely comes in that category - like Business Proposal, Weightlifting Fairy, Strong Woman DBS, Mr Queen, oldies like Boys over Flowers, Goong, to name a few.
Like there is a dose of everything in it -comedy, mystery, drama, but romance is the underlying theme - and overall it is such a enjoyable drama that one would remember for a long time and come back to!
in my opinion - Ep 1-10 was just out of this world. Ep 11-onwards were good but didn't carry that initial thrill, and became a little repetitive. But still overall this has been one of the best dramas I have ever seen, and definitely the top of 2024
