It's a bit extreme to replace the guy because of a DUI? I'm not saying it's not serious but not enough to ruin a career perhaps? I mean, the consequences of the act also matter to the law. If he had hurt or killed anyone it would be worse. Drinking makes this more likely but accidents can happen even with people who aren't drunk.

I get it, I do. What is disgusting is this reaction that will potentially ruin this guy's career when there are actors that commit much more disgusting and vile crimes and are still going strong and getting actor gigs and main roles... double standard much?

Saw the first 2 ep, seems like both the coroner and the prosecuter weren't doing their job properly. We're never told why she didn't die from the wounds; similarly, the pills seemed to have no real importance. I mean no one even tought that someone could have tampered with her medication? No one checked when they were taken, what her daily schedule was for taking them, the coroner didn't inform the prosecution of any of this and she didn't ask. They didn't question why she would kill herself or why there wasn't a suicide note

Plus even if the husband didn't kill her, he at least beat her, so the prosecutor should have led with those charges: domestic violence AND murder.

I'm watching the next 2 ep, but if this doesn't get any better, I'll have to drop it. I was really looking forward to a prosecutor drama too, there just aren't enough with judges and prosecutors 😔

Ok finally watched it. Overall a good show, can be watched when you don't want to invest too much emotionally.…
I thought it was simplistic as a M&A plot right from the first episode to save the company, the CFO's strategy made no sense to me and I was immediately, no you should sell the Construction since it's worth more and leave the rest if you need money. Those can be reestructured later. If even I guessed it before it was proposed by MC, it can't be this simple to solve cashflow problems in big groups. I mean I am a social sciences major and I suck big time at math and economics. But I'm going from the first 2 episodes. Buying a company seems a good move too, but you need to be sure it will be profitable and worth the risk, especially if you are risking bankrupcy.

I always wondered what the difference was between these gigantic series and the others with the 16 episode format? Seems like these bigger series feature less known actors, is it like the Korean version of a soap opera? I ask because we do have telenovelas here in Portugal that are super melodramatic and over the top and they are basically soap operas with 100+ episodes and they air everyday too.

Definitely did not need the romantic subplot + no offense this actress just doesn't cut it. It was a good effort and she's leagues better than in the first role I've seen her (the K2) but still... no. Disclaimer, I have nothing against this actress I just think she's mid and there is room for improvement

This was super cute and very on point too. All the characters were lovable. Except Mi-Joo? She was annoying. Anyways, hoping for a season 2!

Lol, how is this based on American Psycho? I mean besides the fact that there are psychos running around killing people? Also, poor depiction of someone with ASD. She looked more like a.... well, psychopath. Which is possible to be both, I guess

why did she kill him at the end? they could be a good murderer couple as she enjoyed killing and was a psycho…
She wasn't a killer, she just didn't know what to name what she felt when she killed her would be rapist. She doesn't understand emotions, remember? She killed the ML because he would destroy what she loved the most, her app/Somebody. Which is quite the practical solution. If they had reported him, their app would fail. 😑

Why is Kim Young Kwang a psycho in almost every series I watch with him xD Lol he is good in the roles but his face doesn't scream "unhinged" so much as "pretty boy". Then again, for sort of competing with Christian Bale I think he is pretty good, that's some mighty competition right there 😅

I must have been only half watching because I had no idea who the killer was? I was focusing on the damn pieces and wondering why the police did not try to understand them, aka, why were they drawn that way, it seemed like a big clue as to who could be next? Also, they didn't really investigate the connections between the victims and the killer had no backstory. I feel dumb because I've read people saying the killer was obvious since episode 2 😅

Not sure why they chose viral labyrinthitis as disease for ML. Isn't that easily curable?
Ah I see. Thank you! They made it seem like he would have very serious after effects so I was wondering 🙂

Because it's a hospital and he can have any disease and not know it. He can pass it on to his patients for example.…
I suppose it was for dramatic effect. Irl, as you say he didn't have to disclose his illness as it would not affect his work and they couldn't fire him for having it. At least, not according to my country's labor law, I'm assuming it's the same for SK.

I guess they wanted to show the effects of ignorance even in the doctor community regarding certain conditions. The reason in the show is dumb obviously but I can see lots of people not understanding it and ask themselves how can he emphatize with me if he doesnt know how it feels and all. Basically, he could be fired due to public opinion, they'd just make up a reason. That, unfortunately, can happen.

Welp, drama logic basically 😅
