Probably because they've never learned how to swim, and more so in the ancient days.... 乁[ ◕ ᴥ ◕ ]ㄏ
She's a modern woman though xD

Loved this version. I'll have to rewatch all episodes of the korean version because it has been on hold in my list for over an year, but so far, I think I remember the korean version being more draggy (i watched 11 episodes, so....)

They did ok with Sweet Home and Hellbound I thought...
Alchemy of souls then (not sure if this was netflix) 🙂 What I meant anyway is that the quality of the cgi was pretty good in all of those. Same with Squid Game. I think for something as wildly popular as Solo Leveling they must have quite the budget for special effects. It would enrage the fandom otherwise, as it's already happening to Omniscient. Let's see what they do with it. They have a strong baseline to live up to in the anime, the animation was top notch as was the pacing.

I wonder why the FLs never know how to swim. Maybe it's because I was born in a country surrounded by the ocean, but I've been able to swim since I was a small child. Also, yeah let's just chill and kiss underwater, I mean O2 is overrated 😂

Sooner or later kdrama would learn to leave action fantasy manwha adaptations alone, they are very hard to do.…

The chosen actor is good and all especially good looking, tbh his acting needs polishing. I'd've loved to see Park Ji Hoon play Seoung Jin Wo. Talented actor, if any younger actor could pull it off it's him. Love his work and the looks fit. Let's see if the current actor does justice to the role I guess

Cha eun woo really has that manhwa look but he can't act for the love of god.
Agreed. He is not intense and good enough to pull off "the aura" xD

Sorry what's your point exactly? A 21 year old is an adult and can marry who they want. Maybe the guy likes younger…
The law would disagree with you since they consider a person an adult at 18 years old. Yes I am aware the brain is only fully developed by 25 years old, but it doesn't mean people aren't capable of rational decisions before that. Also power imbalances can happen to people of all ages and are not just valid for people under 25.

You can have coercion and power imbalances on people of all ages. A 30 year old can be coerced by her boss/superior. If none of these conditions are met, it's just two adults in a consensual relationship whatever their age gap and age.

Clearly I am old enough to understand these nuances. You, however, do not seem to be.

I am not on anyone's side, but I will also not be swayed by tabloids and rumors. If there is something to be found it will be found. If it's buried then it's corruption in the system itself. It still doesn't make it right to accuse someone without concrete evidence. Innocent until proven guilty right?

I think it's ironic that you people are always going on about how cyber bullying can destroy a person but then engage in cyber bullying because of rumours and online articles.

Sorry what's your point exactly? A 21 year old is an adult and can marry who they want. Maybe the guy likes younger women, and I fail to see how that is a crime and/or a sign of depravity... stop grasping at straws. He's entitled to his preferences, so long as he doesn't commit a crime. There are many married people in the world who have 10, 20 or even 30 years age gap are they all perverts? 🙄

I need this. That's it, thanks for coming to my TED talk. And while he lacks the acting skills to pull it off, I submit that Kim Taehyung could make the transition from cute to intense so well 🥲

smoking marijuana in LA (legal) was included in the charges 🤦🏼‍♂️ thats an even weirder law
In my country, drug addiction is never punishable by law, the most they do is send you to rehab. I mean, these people are sick, not criminals 😔

I don’t understand it myself. People are taking the story and characters too literally, then complaining about…
The whole concept of zombies is so preposterous that it kind of makes more sense for people to have these reactions that they're having than to just turn into super warriors the second corpses start walking around

I have deaf family members and i get the criticism. Korea has a long standing record of not being respectful of…
When I read these types of posts I feel like 1984 by Orwell should be required reading in all schools. People want to sanitize everything so much to keep somebody, somewhere from feeling maybe offended that everything that is a gag, funny or just for random entertainment must be cut and edited. We can't say certain words, voice opinions, we need to comply to certain ways of speaking, books are being edited and REWRITTEN so as to not offend someone, somewhere. How all of you clamoring about how offensive everything is don't see what's happening is both ironic and scary to me.

Let me spell it out for you: these things are killing free speech. This is speech and thought policing. These tools are used in totalitarian regimes.

Do you want to live in a non democratic world where people are literally afraid of speaking lest they say something that offends someone and consequently lose their jobs, their families, their way of surviving and, in extreme cases are arrested or fined? Because that is where we are heading to. That is the finish line if we keep going.

That scene was not ableist. People, deaf or not, that have stuff to do and a life to live don't give an f about a bit of humor thrown in a TV series, bc they have real problems to solve. Sigh

would i enjoy this as someone who has no knowledge of the bts universe/lore?
I hope so. If not, it failed as a drama. One shouldn't have to reasearch in order to understand a drama (unless in retrospect if you need clarity especially in historical settings) or it's a school assignment, not a hobby 😅
