I actually avoided watching this one because I thought it was all hype. But over a year after watching it, it is still the only one that to me, did everything right. The right amount of humor, melo, romance, sweetness, episodes... none of it felt beaten to death.
Kinda funny how many times they have Jaejoong take off his shirt. I should've known with how they opened that it wouldn't be a one-time occurrence. lol
Even though not much happened in the first ep, I like that there is room for them to make a story out of it. I'm hoping for it anyway. I want something different. Something exciting.
Just curious why they covered up Jaejoong's tattoos.
Kinda funny because in Cruel City, they had this elaborate tattoo on Jung Kyung Ho's back. It was done specifically for the show. And it was still blurred out. lol
But my Korean mother always hangs up suddenly. :P I used to get ticked off because I'd still have something else to say but she'd be gone... I think usually it's understood by both parties that it's over...especially in short conversations. Except I'm used to actually saying bye...
I do agree though, that there are a lot of silly things in kdramaland. Great article.
This is gonna be a suuuuper long shot but ever since I first watch this drama 2 years ago (my first ever drama…
For those curious, it's about 1 hour into the video. Or in a 3 part video... 15 minutes into the 3rd part.
It's not any of the songs on the official OST. You only hear it briefly and I'm wondering if there is a full song for it or if it's just a small piece created for that part. It sounds so familiar but at the same time, not. :X
One word: Kimura fucking badass smexy Shunji, he's seriously one of my favorite complex characters ever! Park…
After wishing and hoping for them to hug and make up in Gaksital (gah...I missed Shunji's bright smile T_T)...
my broken heart was mended with that one scene. Probably in my top favorite TV moments. ...Because it was totally fan service.
Now I have to go watch that cameo again. brb~
The police ARE stupid, but they were also stupid in the true story. Or at least in the movie version of it, which I'm assuming was made to sorta poke fun at how outrageous some of the police work was during that time. I know this one is during modern times. So I wonder if that's just their excuse. Or if it's just typical kdrama police work.
Forgive me, Gap Dong...I'm catching up. *_*

Why can't I move on from you. :(
