Or it's just something happenjng and they distract attention using celebrities
YUP! Sk government has long used idol scandals to cover up bigger political issues. Tbf tax evasion is no joke but it is a little eyebrow raising that they are all coming out at once.
Er ... how are these "just allegations"? MYM have published a statement admitting that tax was underpaid, that…
"because most readers aren't interested in a list of sources." - not related to this article but I wish more readers were interested in sources! That's why now seem to have people who think the Earth is flat and measles are back!
agreed the ost album of this drama is so gold I can't emphasis enough!! the songs were telling a tale on their…
I am obsessed with with 半點心 by Grasshopper. Even my sister who hasn't watched many cdramas and defi not this one loved it and actually commented "where did you find this song- it's like something you would hear in an old chinese hair salon" LOL little did she know.......
40% of this drama's credit needs to go to the music director. Osts are always an added bonus to a good drama but honestly in this the music is used as if part of the script. It's so captivating.
I might put this drama on hold though cause I just can't deal with the angst I know is coming after ep 15. Not ready for heartbreak when Meet Yourself just healed me.
Hellbound won't be the same without him :( but I hope he takes time to get treated and the help he needs. Even if he steps away from the industry permanently he should just heal.
He'll probably go to jail too, meanwhile Big Bang Seungri got released recently only after a year in jail sigh.....When…
Yupp.....the burning sun scandal is all but forgotten but the victims and details of that scandal were so many and traumatic. NVM that only really seungri got jail time, none of the politicians etc that were part of it. They all got away scott free.
And someone who suffers from drug addiction (which let me repeat : is a disease) is treated like trash instead of taken for treatment.
He tested positive for propofol, cocaine and ketamine... not just mariuhanna. Propofol and cocaine are very dangerous...
I agree! He needs treatment and support, not to be shunned like the way netizens are doing. He needs fans to support him but in a "go get better and heal yourself" manner- not in a "who cares he can do no wrong" manner.
I really really like Yoo Ah In, he's a fantastic actor who really can portray emotions like very few can. I feel bad that the netizens are coming down so hard on him. Drug addiction is a disease and it's easy to be dismissive and act like he is scum like some are but seriously that's not how it works. I hope instead he starts getting treatment and support and comes out on the other side stronger.
Acting like he deserves whats coming to him is not the right way to act with addicts. Even if they made really really bad decisions that do have a ripple effect, if they can get the help (and importantly support!) they need then it does more good to society than shunning them away like criminals.
Went in with really low expectations. Esp since it centers around cheating for the majority of the show I was already going in expecting to hate the characters, but this was surprisingly well done. Even though the main leads actions are horrible you do get some insight to their thoughts. It's a very toxic relationship that normally I wouldn't recommend watching but somehow they managed to pull it off here.
Both the leads acted really well but I wish they gave the audience more insight into why the FL likes the ML. One minute she's in love with her senpai and the next she's completely head over heals for the ML. It made zero sense.
Should have been 8 eps max and skipped the pandemic arc. All the comments below are correct - the FL has a really really strange way of making facial expressions which really annoy the viewer. She's beautiful for sure but needs to practice her facial expressions in the mirror a lot more- it wasn't kawaii it was annoying.
On the positive it really tried to showcase the importance of not always working overtime and learning work life balance but it just didn't fit with the original tone of the drama and so felt completely misplaced.
Thus this is totally skippable due to the cringey acting from the FL and the sudden detour in story and plot halfway that is in stark contrast to the beginning.
Cute and sweet. I like the fact that the FL didn't always have the answer in the company and was shown to be always learning from other people. Usually they are hardworking but have a suspicious amount of luck with their ideas- no matter how far out there.
The romance was on the subtle sweet side and all the characters were likeable. This is an enjoyable short watch!
