who killed the ml's fiance? fl or fl's fiance?

such a disappointment. i thought it was gonna be an epic battle between fl and ml turned love. with an emotional rollercoaster. but bruh no. FL was the most annoying thing in the series

Was the ML just a plot device ? yep he was, his role was unnecessary and could have been easily replaced. yet ml won my heart. ml's presence was not important but it was one of the best things in this drama. air time wise ml isn't even ml but a supporting character but personally i found his character definitive as FL required an emotional support system.

there have been quite a few incidents where real people have tried copying fictional characters or tried "killing" because the documentaries sounded fun. unfortunately people do end up fantacizing series like hannibal or spartacus or other gore based series. for example Dahmer was obsessed with the exorcist movie series.
as sad as it sounds, movies and series like these, do make an effect on people's mind, sometimes for the worst.
but nevertheless i love psychological horror and gore movies. and series

Minato(sml) loved sou (ml). he was his closest friend. you don't date your best friend's ex. but FL and SML's relationship started on the basis that ML ghosted them and left them all behind. ML automatically became the antagonistic person, who found a better career and circle and left everyone behind.
But sou becoming deaf, and thus isolating himself from everyone changes the entire situation. After minato learnt about sou's deafness, his entire priority changed. his guilt for not being able to be beside his best friend when he needed him the most, his anger and rage for sou not confiding him the issue. the pain and emotional pain behind not being able to do anything about it ate minato more up.
sure he was sad his gf was meeting her ex up. but he was more sad about loosing his friendship with sou.
now after the knowledge that sou never left aoba for some better hotshot girl in tokyo, rather alienated himself, all he can see his a guy who not only couldn't help his friend when he was his weakest but is also dating his exgf.
he concluded in his brain that he could break up with fl and live with that but couldn't pain ML any longer.
he thought FL being with ML would be good for ML. the last person he worries about in this situation is FL. he wouldn't even had bothered if fl went on and dated someone else, but he couldn't bare the guilt of dating fl any longer.
he loved sou more than fl. his regret for loosing sou was more than the fear of loosing tsumugi

i see a lot of people are asking why Minato broke up with aoba, here;s the reason.

break up from 2ml made absolute sense when you see it from the fact that he broke up for the sake of his friend not FL. he was filled with guilt. he was filled with guilt with the fact he was dating his bsf's gf. he hated the fact that he couldn't be beside ml when he needed him the most. he felt guilty about the fact that ml had to push away everyone, even the love of his life, bc ml felt he would be a burden.
2ml and fl started dating on the basis that they were both ghosted and wronged by ml. but ml's actual situations does a complete 180 to that basis. not only was ml not bad, but his heart was always at the right place.
and he can evidently see that both ml and fl love each other deeply, bc their love had no flaw, no pain, and no loss. only ml viewing himself as a burden that made him pull away from everyone.
2ml didn't break up with fl because he thought fl loved ml more, he broke up solely cause he didn't want to date the love of his best friend's life. thats literally it.
