nope. the manga is cute soft and slice of life. without any drama. cat boy himself comes to fl. fl's boyfriend doens't exist ( is an friend) catboy has no age issue or stuff like that there is no other imp character than fl and catboy everyone else is good too
i personally dont think ml is a psychopath. he has got a huge thing for selfharm as a coping mechanism from past trauma which has kind of made him into a forced alexithymic.
i don't think ML has aspd. i think his childhood trauma affected him so much it left him with a bunch of emotion related cognitive issues. which can usually be reversed with long term therapy
