Yes the dad is the master mind behind all uneventful situations. As you said he is just a psychopath who was overly obsessed with money and FL mother. His obsession for money lead him to irredeemable path and commit overly atrocious crimes. Since he was quite manipulative, he hid behind veil of innocence and got away easily for so long.

I liked her acting in Love like the Galaxy better than the drama FL. Can't believe she is just 22 now.

FL is quite unlikable and looks older and annoying. Her mom looks much younger compared to her. There was not much character growth either and didn’t like the childish acting. Continued for the ML and the side characters.

The FL look is way more matured than the ML and not passable as a18 year old. The story was refreshing and interesting though.

This person looks more like a man in women clothes. Bad clothing choice, hairstyle and acting. Nothing to appreciate here.

I was as well. I had too many conspiracy theories on how she could not be his daughter. In "The Story of Minglan", though the ML had kids from another woman ,it felt different than this drama.

Until episode 21 it was going well with all nail-biting moments and with some logics. I had to skip to the final episode after that. It wasn't as engaging as the first 2 parts of the drama. Initially I rated 10 and I had to revise it after episode 22.

The drama had romance in genre until yesterday and most of the viewers might have started this with some expectation. When it was not delivered, people started expressing their concern. It's certainly a dis-service to the audience with mis-leading genre.

I usually love thriller and revenge and certainly enjoyed this drama and rewatched some episodes. But if the genre had been handled better, people wouldn't have been disheartened and there would have been less noise.

I watched this when it was airing and really enjoyed it. I know everyone has their own preferences but in my opinion this deserves higher rating. The story pacing was consistent unlike the recently aired show "The Glory". I am so glad that this drama didn't explicitly say romance , but had subtle romance.

I agree with you ! She made those choices and nobody forced her hand and now she is wallowing in self-pity.

I tried to watch several times and couldn't continue past 6 episodes since I like the ML. But realized it's not my cup of tea and not going to attempt again. I really can't stand the FL acting, hairstyle and voice.

That scene was the one that drew me to this drama and never looked back. Best kiss scene ever and felt very natural.

Song Han is the most creepiest character I have ever seen. The actor really has an evil eye and the villain role suits him better.

One of my favorite actress. Her eyes are really expressive indication of a rare talent.

Even if the show is going to be a happy ending, the poor writing of 1/3 of the episodes is not going to save this drama. It could have been easily the best revenge drama of 2025 had there been a consistent story telling.

I was eagerly waiting for each episodes and I even rewatched first half of the episodes which I never did for any of the dramas. But recent episodes writing has been a disappointment. People are probably reconsidering their rating.

I agree totally. The show lost it’s momentum and went wayward and had to put this on hold due to overly repetitive and ridiculous moments.
