MDL is not a fansite. There are a lot of people here who have misunderstood this. A concerted effort to fight any negative comments. Those people have only Kokdu in their watchlist. And in the midst of attacking all who express their views, they say "we welcome any comments on this drama". Is this "we" PR people from the industry, or just ML and FL fans? Anyways, it's a new phenomenon, having formed an army at MDL. I'm not sure whether this is a good thing. Just an observation, of what's going on.
You have a point but we need to know which type of drugs are safe for consumption and the dosage of them. Some…
Shamanism and use of drugs and intoxicating substances have been here since forever. Will be here forever. Altered stated of consciousness will always be sought for. Not all people are primarily worried about safety nor should they be. Explorers will explore.
I really don't understand the low rating. Two episodes and the plot is still great apart from the bad fake tanning…
I don't claim to know the system, but from what I've read, the more raters, the higher the rating. I'm sure when this is halfway the rating is settled where it should be.
If you don't like dumb/clueless fl's like me, I would not recommend this one. The history part is too important to be treated in an 1 hour short drama. There's Chicago Typewriter, Mr. Sunshine and Hymn of Death which treat the occupation period and independence fighters in depth, as should be.
I really like this drama. In ep 9, the conversation about the importance of trust was great writing, imo. In any historical drama, palace plotting gets a lot of screen time. In ep. 10, I skipped some of those parts and the historical flashbacks which were unnecessary, imo. But that was the first time I was skipping anything. I'm feeling the 4 main characters, which for me is a sign of an engaging drama.
Please note that when writers say "Netizens think" it is the writer who has that opinion. Netizens have different opinions, as anybody can easily see from the comments in this site (3 articles so far). These writers, so damn stupid and pretentious.
People just repeat like parakeets "this a crime, he is a criminal." Let's think just one step further. In Saudi Arabia, homosexuality is a crime. Is that acceptable? In South Korea, prescribing abortion pills is a crime. Is that acceptable? In most OECD countries, using drugs is not a crime, only selling. Should using marijuana be a crime? Most countries are preparing to allow not only use but growing marijuana for personal use. Jailing marijuana or cocaine users will lead to the largest prison population of the world. In a just society, celebrities should not be treated more harsly than average citizens. Nobody will test just the average citizens hair or raid their homes.
Sorry, but he took illegal drugs, that is crime. Perhaps he won't go to jail, but if yeah, it won't be unfair.
