People keep asking for romance. This is a workplace drama like Misaeng and Stove League - there are problems to be solved in each episode. An ensemble drama, romance not present.

I'm really not that fond of episodic dramas I keep trying them but I just get bored.I wish this had been a RomCom…
Just wondering, have you noticed the amount of romcoms you can choose from, instead coming to a workplace drama hoping it was a romcom?

I just hope by the next episode they resolve the "Pulling him down into darkness Vs Pulling him out from darkness"…
Please drop, this is not for you.

Every ep we cried and laugh, ep 7 was light compare to others but ep 8 is going to be so sad and very sad l am…
this drama is made by beautiful souls to be enjoyed by beautiful souls. It is not for everyone.

This show is very boring, barely anything happens. I'm considering dropping it. And I don't care about sob stories…
I'm tempted to say this drama is made by beautiful souls to be enjoyed by beautiful souls. It is not for everyone.

I totally agree. I slowly learn to ignore the comments and ratings here, as they don't reflect the real world…
Yes, real world opinions are in the numbers (Netflix and domestic audience) not here.

Also It's honestly funny while everywhere the show is getting rave reviews but the page here is so messy but again…
Agree. But I force myself to like that I'm confronted with different evaluations and interpretations here everyday. There's no right or wrong opinion about anything. I get to observe that and understand it. It's a learning experience. But of course I feel irritated when people don't acknowledge the validity of each others' opinions. If there ever was a good moment or place to learn constructive dialogue it's here. I guess there should be "rules for discussion" on the right hand side of the page permanently. (I'm not saying that I'm any better than others bc I do get irritated).

I thoroughly liked how this drama included law cases like copyright/patents and cybersecurity (ep. 15). Such themes are contemporary, realistic and fresh. Moreso than the neverending whodunnit murder focused detective and crime dramas. Just my opinion of course. Quite obviously this is not an action drama for those enjoying car chases.

I like this drama a lot, it's a workplace drama like Misaeng and Stove League - there are problems to be solved in each episode. An ensemble drama, romance not present (except we can always anticipate one developing). I think it's heartwarming. I like the workplace interactions and developing friendships. Plus the challenges faced with the art form and artists are interesting. Learning about the industry is a big part of the attraction of the drama to me. (Like learning about weather forecasting was interesting in FLAW). I don't think it's one for binge watching, I can better concentrate on the various situations by watching 20-30 mins at a time.

this one's a workplace drama like Misaeng and Stove League. No romance to speak of but growing friendship between FL and ML

Finally caught up, now i am with the weekly waiting crew. Not to be that person, but coming fresh from having…
me too, I love this way more than Move to Heaven. I think I felt that MTH played with my feelings to some extent or was programmatic in some stories. Nothing like that in IYWUM, it's a world of its own and we're just lucky to be let in and watch. Even with not much screen time with each patient, we somehow get a feeling of their whole life story. I did like MTH and Tomorrow, but this one I like better and as much as Chocolate.

Maybe now that we have this article and there's an awareness of Han Seok Kyu's achievements someone will finally accept my revisions to the text about Han Seok Kyu and his career in MDL. The MDL text is *more than weird* (e.g., that his role got a "lukewarm reception"). Hope someone with mastery of English will also read and respond here (I got no answers in the VIP forum). I don't understand why improvements are not allowed based on published sources. Let's remember that Wikipedia is also user written. I guess it doesn't matter much what the MDL Han Seok Kyu description says. But still.

The list should be called "the fan-favorite k-drama of 2022". Popular dramas have barely ever anything to do with…
You know the quality of the ones you haven't watched? Superpowers I guess.

I like some actors, some actors I don't. Nothing to do with gender. We like some people's acting, some others acting feels just barely tolerable. It's also about reading people, we get the feeling about personalities through the acting as well. SHK comes across as offputting to me (I can't help it, it's just a feeling), Han So Hee comes across as very sweet. They'll be successful regardless of whether I want to watch them or not. In SHK's case, having so many flops should be a warning sign as far as new productions are concerned. From the point of view of the production, not my own since I have plenty of choice of what to watch.

AoS stans are active again, i see. Couldn't disagree more with it being no.1 tbh. It is a draggy fantasy version…
Pure fantasy is a genre I personally love. Like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, it has a special place. I think AoS is just very good (also the humour is great) and it's not a wrong opinion. For me or anybody else to have.
