"The last arc was pretty rushed" indeed. How I wish the cat-and-mouse game during tungsten ore and medical supplies…
They cut 2 episodes as required to be screened for CCTV8 unfortunately š Those 2 episodes must contain so much given how the last few episodes definitely feel a bit rushed.
It got 7.8 douban rating but many people think it should be higher (8 or above). Many fans of other artist rated…
Leave it to antis to actively root for a drama's downfall than just root for their own idols š 7.8 is already high for doubt but hopefully it goes higher as many more people review it.
I get your comment about ML but the language issue is a bit bizarre. Filipinos speak TagLish all the time, especially…
Ah. I see how that might be off putting for you. But Filipino dramas might be different from other asian dramas because Filipinos are taught English since grade school and almost everybody knows how to speak pretty good English there. Its pretty common to be mixing languages in everything lol
If you wanna hear a filipino drama in mostly tagalog, and very traditional tagalog at that, Iād suggest check out Mara Clara at Ibarra. Itās a pretty fun drama
Hmmm... the ML is just not it. I wished they casted someone better, short.. miss casting.. šMakes you appreciate…
I get your comment about ML but the language issue is a bit bizarre. Filipinos speak TagLish all the time, especially in our modern vernacular. There are literally some English words that doesnāt have modern Tagalog translation. Itās weirder for them to talk in deep tagalog than speak in Taglish. Why exactly is that annoying?
how to rate each episode? lots ppl told me about rating guide box but I can't find it
At the top of this page, under the drama title it should say stuff like āDetailsā āEpisode Guideā āCast & Crewā āReviewsā āRecommendationsā āPhotosā. You wanna click on Episode Guide then it will show you each episode. You wanna click on each episode then click on the stars. A window will pop-up with two boxes in it. You will wanna click ā+Write a Reviewā then you rate and click submit review.

Okay clearly you have some comprehension issues because I also said Jihan is selfish for forcing the succession on his brother. I said that Jihan still tried to protect his brother because despite wanting Ahjeong for himself, he still didnāt out his brother to her.
This is the last time im responding because clearly this is your hill and its not that serious for me.

See where did I say all that? I said Jihan was also selfish in the beginning. I support neither of them. But you, on the other hand, belittle other peopleās intelligenece and understanding of what we watch and chalk it up to because heās a ML. Nowhere did I say coming out of the closet is easy. In fact, I said he has every right to protect his peace. He also has every right to do what he wants, but not at the expense of other people. Ahjeong is his friend but its also the same friend who he only conveniently connected with again when heās back in town and in need of something from her. He also used her sympathy of his situation and her desperateness with her work to convince her to put on this act. Sheās done her part. Everytime he asks her to show up for him, she shows up and more. But even if she signed on a contract, that doesnāt mean she shuts off her feelings. Its human nature and she should be able to also decide what is more important to her. Also to your point, youāre saying Dohan has had no support, like Jihan has had support? The only person he could trust, his own brother, abandoned him and his entire family shuns him. The secretary he depends on is basically using him for when he gets the company and he still has to deal with the trauma of losing his parents in front of his eyes from a young age. Both Dohan and Jihan have their own issues. Both have been selfish. But Jihan has still done things to protect his own brother when Dohan has not done anything for Jihan.
Also, I donāt know why weāre debating the ethics of a kdrama. Clearly no one is saying its okay to steal your brotherās fiance but this is literally a kdrama. Letās also be clear on the order of events. Jihan confessed his feelings, Ahjeong kissed him. Im not saying Jihan is not at fault but Ahjeong is the one committed to Dohan. You cannot steal someone thatās not willing to be stolen.
The kiss scene was a bit underwhelming acting wise but finally, the conflict & lack of communication resolved. For…
It was a pretty good kiss by kdrama standards but I agree š You donāt do soft kiss after having such a heated conversation like that. I was expecting a desperate face sucking but alas, this is a kdrama afterall.
