Slow burn but currently enjoying it. Waiting patiently for more fluffier scenes 😁 Something I don't understand…
I feel like they haven’t revealed us everything yet on their meet cute back in January 2011. He’s mad at her for forgetting him but based on the glimpses we’ve seen it’s not clear why he expects her to remember him (we only got a few seconds where he saw her at a gala from a distance and he seemed happy to see her).
Btw do you know what the present year is? 2013? I seemed to have missed it 🙈
They are together -he was practically preening like a peacock when Mother TF kept complimenting the ultrasound…
There wasn't a direct confession but I wouldn't say this scene was forgotten since their whole relationship arc kind of was handled in the background- so it's in theme to not include a real confession?
We only got 2 direct scenes that confirmed Kang's feelings (tattoo scene + laundromat scene with JH). The rest of their moments were played out in a way for the audience to identify like in a puzzle.
but didn't that have a lot to do with the story, because he had to believe she was married? When he found out…
Haha My Fault is definitely trashy. I watched it with a friend when it first came out- the hype was unreal. You should have the right mood to enjoy the melodrama.🤣 I like sports cars and the scenary was gorgeous so I enjoyed these bits. The story itself though....definitely a one time watch.
Even I'm curious to know why everybody is so satisfied with SAL. I haven't seen any edits out yet even. Does it look fun? 🙈
SWM- haha you haven't ruined it - perhaps just shattered the "illusion" so I just can't unsee it (you know in the way they do it in dramas 😉). I like JM and the ML low key reminds me of original timeline Sunjae so I'm enjoying their scenes for now.
It's kind of sad though that there is nothing to obsess over till the end of the year. It's like drama land is forcing us to leave behind all our old obsessions behind before starting 2026🙈🫠 Do you have anything left?

I dropped SAL after episode 1. It reminded me too much like a watered down version of “My Fault” (Spanish movie about 2 step siblings who have a similar story only they are rich and connected to some kind of gang I no longer can recall). SAL feels watered down because the FL here is too dainty and the ML doesn’t really have that “dangerous” vibe that’s needed for the character. I might have liked it if I wasn’t familiar with the other movie I guess…but I can’t ignore it. Based on the comments though most seem to be enjoying it.
SOM - I’m beginning to have hope for the main romance but I can totally see what you meant about the ML🙈 He’s not terrible exactly but he’s kind of stiff and awkward at times. Since JM puts a lot of effort from her end, his performance is even more noticeable at times.🙈 I guess you can enjoy it through a fan edit if you do not want to go through the hassle of FFing?
Thanks for the recommendations! I do like slice of life. Do the episodes cover individual short stories? Small Town Stories?
have you watched...when life gives you tangerinesour unwritten seoulyou and everything else?
Haha the romance is just short lived and the triangle doesn’t even make much sense since the guy isn’t exactly a prize. Since I already knew it was doomed, there was no point wasting time on it.🙈
The story itself is interesting but is bitter sweet.
IKR??? His story is quite interesting but they tried to cram too much too soon. His reactions are also acceptable but because there is so much going on, he turned into a hate magnet🙈
How can you be so clueless?🤦♀️ Did they even reveal why he likes her?

I track mine on MDL usually since I tend to loose track of them. The list is abit outdated though since tastes change 🙈

Animal print shirts = standard uniform 😂

And the way poor Mr Kang caught a stray bullet for helping Da Rim?😂
I’ve come across a few amnesia plots this year but most were rather dramatic (Burried Hearts + a few Cdramas) so this take was rather refreshing 🤭
IKR? AEJ doesn’t look tall (or athletic) at first glance but she really is 🙈
