Yes, I also learn that. I've watched many dramas with top liuliangs and ended up dropping it because the story and the acting is bad. WOH has flaws and their problems but what we can see on screen is amazing acting from the actors, awesome camera angle also the most important thing: the story. From WOH I learn that small IP doesn't equal with bad story and also we can't judge the drama solely by its leading actors because the drama is so much more than that.

But who knows in the future, they'll work together again in the movie or drama. We never know. Entertainment industry circle is not as big as we think ;D

Producing drama is expensive nowadays especially during pandemic when you should follow covid protocols. Before the pandemic, complex drama with CGI can cost more than USD 600K to 1M per episode, imagine if it's having 40 episodes. But I think it's more than that now. Crowdfunding from fans isn't the solution but sponsorship is.
Anyway, back to ZZH and GJ, I think they'll be accepting the project (together or not) as long as the script is good and the $$$ is good as well. For both of them, from now on I think they'll be careful when accepting drama offer because they might want to maintain their own standard after the success of SHL/WOH.

I don't think it's zero chance too especially when GJ/ZZH are both professional actors not idol. I think for both actors, script matters and also after WOH I don't know how much their rate would be increased hahaha. ZZH said jokingly during happy camp pre-show interview after WOH if the producer wants to cast GJ, his rate might not be the same like before (because he's so popular now), LOL.

I'm on episode 44 but I did skip a lot because I can't watch too many misunderstandings TT TT. At the earlier to episode, I really don't like FL acting because I find her too annoying :( But I want to watch Cheng Yi acting so I continue. Will be back after I finish the series and drop my thoughts.

The good things about ZZH and GJ irl is, they can separate acting and their real life personality. I read several fan theories of LLD couple out there, but it doesn't make a sense for me, hahaha. Also mostly fan theories in weibo are coming from ex-fan of you-know-who so don't think about it too much.
Also I would like to give my respect to GJ and ZZH because they are both behaving like an actor not AN IDOL. ZZH is aware about the industry and yet he still can manage to distinguish his IRL personality and his on-screen personality. I laughed when he posted in his IG account recently that he's scolding somebody for not stepping over his slippers because he said he only got one, lol. This kind of post is impossible coming from a liuliang idol, lol. Also I learned in the recent interview of GJ (I read it in Weixin/Wechat), he said that he didn't change his chat group name and he only added 1 more person to his current team to assist him with works. He also still wears his same outfit and his same shoes cost 63 yuan (9USD) everywhere because he likes it. That simplicity and humbleness is rare nowadays. Hopefully they can continue being humble like that because at the end of the day, actor is valued by his works and his acting.
Seriously, this imperfect little masterpiece has been the best drama experience I've had in years
