A few people asked why these "famous" supporting cast are in this drama. The reason is this drama is a high profile drama with a veteran famous star, Cecilia Liu, who although 37, can still command a main lead role in a major drama. These other "famous" stars still need her to gain new fans.

You don't see equivalent famous stars in the same drama.

FL is so famous, more than any other actors in this drama. She's 37 and still can come back and takes the main lead roles. It's NOT an accident! Also, these so-call "famous" supporting cast needs to go these high profile dramas to earn new fans. That's the reason!

I agree. I think it's the director issue. Maybe he's doing this for a purpose. It's more like a comic effect. The story has been good so far.

Yes, filters helped. However, deep wrinkles can't be filtered completely. Asians (especially women) tend not to hang out in the sun, which causes huge damages to the skin. Also, the K and C actresses are more likely to take good care of their skin. My Dad was 80s+ and didn't have deep wrinkles.

This is a lot better than the Red Moon. I dropped RM after 2 eps when it came out and still can understand. The story and the chemistry between the lead are good.
Liu Shi Shi still has it! Very versatile actress.

I don't know why people have to defend a drama. It's not like it's their production.

So many promises in the beginning and fell flat. Well the way this drama has so many twists and turns, I wouldn't be surprised if at the last second before end, the FL confesses deep longings for the ML and vice versa :-). All written up in a letter :-)

I can't believe people say this is a 9+ drama ! It's entertaining but no way a 9+ drama when the writer randomly sensationalize events and dramatize the FL's behaviors making her appear to be a heartless person. If anyone who's being a misogynist, it's the drama writer. No one deserves to be stabbed, especially when that person is trying to stop her from being reckless.
I am lowering my rating for this drama.

Yes, I know that. But for her to use it on the Consort doesn't make sense. By that I mean it doesn't (shouldn't) help with the situation. I think the writer is just too dramatic and illogical here.
