Oh, absolutely. I'm half-convinced she's the sword dancer for his past and Do-hee's past life did something to…
The sword dancer from the past being Gayoung would be a refreshing twist, but at the same time, the sword dancer girl from the back view looks very much like YooJung though. So I think it's a bit unlikely. But who knows since that's only one part of GuWon's memory and where or who Gayoung could show up.
Though Do Hee and Gayoung having connections in the past life could be true. One commenter pointed out that Do Hee and Gayoung both got wounded on the same spot on the same episode. So maybe that's significant.
What if the person / people Madame Ju's son killed were Do-Hee's parents? What if he just meant to blow up their…
Timeline doesn't match. In the flashback, the drunk driving scene happened 10 years ago or was it 12. DH's parents' accident 17 years ago. Anyway way earlier
The death was really out of the blue and i thought this episode was kinda slow
Agree that it was totally out of nowhere.
So much happened though in this episode that the constant switch in tone and mood gave me whiplash. But the second half of the episode was definitely loads better.
Ok so the ML suddenly felt sympathetic and was thoughtful in a way after living for 200 years just cause the FL…
And she is probably the only human who said it to him directly.
Like hairypotter said above, it's a first-time kind of situation. He never had to deal with another human like how he does with DH. His two followers are always pro his actions.
So it makes sense because given his character, it would be harder to develop sympathy on your own. You can think of Do Hee's words as splash of water to his face.
In your opinion do you think there is a past life connection for these two?✨️❤️🎂
Yes. It was initially leaked that they filmed for a couple of days in a historical setting. Both of them so chances of them knowing each other from before is quite high.
I’m obsessed with our leads. Does anyone know if they are going to drop any BTS of the episodes? Or anymore…
We still have the Elle interview to look forward to! And at least 1 Netflix game/interview together where Kang is wearing the red jacket.
SBS usually drops BTS Friday.
Hopefully they also invite them to one of their variety shows but chances of this slow as I heard Kang might be enlisting soon. Crossing fingers he can delay till next year.
We need them walking the red carpet together in SBS awardsss and receiving that best couple award!
It really is to each his own. If you don't like it, save yourself the stress and watch something else.
With that said... I AM ABSOLUTELY LOVING THIS DRAMA (as far as the first two episodes are concerned).
The show is funny. The leads' chemistry is everything. Withholding my judgment about the side characters as they really do not take that much from the main story. In my eyes this has just been about our lit couple so far.
Do Hee already fell for Gu Won (girl was considering giving it a go in a freaking parking lot HAHAHA when Gu Won just wanted to drown her🤦♀️lmaooo).
Anyway, I cannot wait for the moment when Gu Won falls harder.
Episode 2 more funny than ep 1. The leads continue to stun. Also love the turn of events of ep 2 and how the side characters are being slowly fleshed out. The sword dance was amazing! True to SK's words, the ending looks pretty as heck even without dialogues.

Do Hee will jump after Gu Won if she can save him the same way as he did for her.
