Where to even begin with this hot mess! Every single aspect of this drama from the production to the actual content can be summed up to be shoddy, cheap and cliche. The serious issues of the youth were handled very poorly despite being a youth drama that was meant to bring up such issues. If they don't have the ability to work with these issues then remove them altogether and keep it as a light silly teenage drama. It's one of the reasons why I stay away from youth dramas with teenage cast, they can never hold their own weight to deliver anything substantial nor the entertaining factor can help.
On The Suspicious Housekeeper Aug 8, 2022
Coincidentally this is the second drama I watched in a row for Choi Ji Woo. Just from reading the synopsis, I had my doubts it would be to lengthy for 20 episodes and I was right. After the initial mystery settles down there's a big gap of nothingness and the quirky element became jaded. The story also turned lousy for the last third, not much focus about the family anymore but on an old revenge. Overall, it had an entertaining start with interesting concept but also poor execution.

On the bright side, the chaotic nature of Shim Yi Young was GOLD!
On Temptation Aug 8, 2022
Title Temptation
The synopsis is misleading. Made it sound like he became her slave and had an affair.

Scientists need to examine Hong Joo brain, I think they gonna discover a new parasite. A unique parasite that decreases your intellectual ability with every breath you take. Ultimately, her downfall is only a result of her braindead mentality. She deserves to be miserable. Se Young was proven to be right for the reason why she made the offer in the first place. The last 7 episodes were a downgrade and full of BS. The writing was scuffed anyway.

In total there was 6 treadmill scenes. Yes I was counting lol.

Title Priest
Strong first episode then goes down in a speedy downward spiral after that. This is nothing like The Guest! The Guest was superior in every possible way. How to fix? Remove the thriller, romance and drama and make it pure horror series.

There was an attempt to do a supernatural/medical/police mix but none of which worked. There was 3 separate scenes wasted on 1 advertisement, talking about buying a phone, go shopping for that said phone, play with the phone with your friend. OCN needed that Samsung cash I guess lol.

The twist at the end of episode 12 ruined the entire drama, everything they went through became meaningless. Unsalvageable!

At the end, they thrown the amnesia element again to FORCEFULLY retain the priesthood imagery. What a load of horse shit!

Title Life
Nothing new, the usual human lives vs profit in medical dramas. Actually, it was less medical and more like a business drama in a hospital setting. Something was strange about filmography. The color palette doesn't seem to be consistent sometimes. The soundtrack at times can be too loud and in your face.

I wasn't interested in the brothers' storyline, it felt out of place compared to what's going on in the drama. His brother took everything from him, his past and future potential relationships, even his sanity. His existent in the story really bothered me. I wish the drama had stuck to the hospital stuff only. I get they were trying to give the ML as much character as possible but that could have been done through his actions rather than his background. The drama tries to diversify itself even more by including a few brief romances but they also felt misplaced. The ending was a small tiny win for the hospital but the cycle continues....

That's the thing, it's too ambitious and tries to do it all at once by expanding and stretching its corners but eventually it fails.
On The Time We Were Not in Love Aug 7, 2022
Ha Ji Won is one of my favorite actresses, on the contrary, both male leads (Lee Jin Wook & Yoon Kyun Sang) are amongst actors I hate. Both of which I've seen most of their filmography, they always put up artificial expressions, borderline cringe and overact.

This drama was quite disappointing, lackluster writing full of incoherent and jarring flashbacks, plus a sleazy shitty love triangle. The drama was heavily reliant on the ML's secret (why he can't love FL) to construct a story and this is its biggest downfall. The secret wasn't even that grandiose, it was just some insignificant bullshit from the teenage days. What a way to fucking blueballs the viewers.

I would say 3.5/10 and I'm being generous. By the end I wanted a miserable ending just for a final fuck you to the viewers.
On Cheo Yong Season 2 Aug 6, 2022
Compared to the previous season, this one is differently more polished but only for the first few episodes then the production value drops as it approaches the ending. First scene of Ha Yoon and you can tell she doesn't look like a detective. She lacks the professional looks but she did good with the possession parts. Ha Yoon is weak as fuck and can't fight for shit, she always stays in the corner waiting for Cheo Yong to arrive and fight the baddies. Missed opportunity to make a badass female detective. I kinda prefer Ha Sun Woo from the previous season.

There were a lot of things that were teased throughout but never gotten anywhere. Like a possible romance between leads, a further collaboration between Na Young and the detectives at the station, a possibility that Na Young might face consequences if she continues to do what she does, a connection to a bigger story that is related to Na Young past and many more.

I just noticed something, all the cases were women. I wonder why?

Title Cheo Yong
Passable, although the cheap production value is pretty evident right of the bat from filming to sound design to effects to story and writing. Add to that a seriously anticlimactic ending.
On Heaven's Garden Aug 6, 2022
It tastes like a flat soda, still drinkable tho. Extremely simplistic linear story. Too many kids. Kang Tae Sup was the worst character, I hated how the show treated him favorably especially at the end.
On I Need Romance Season 3 Aug 5, 2022
This is what the "I Need Romance" previous seasons should have been. Although it's not great but it overcomes most of the shortcomings of the previous seasons and it's watchable.
On I Need Romance Season 2 Aug 5, 2022
Second season is identical to the first one in every way. The plot, the general layout, the sequence of events, the archetypes of the group of friends and the resolution of the main leads. It even repeats the same mistakes. With that being said it is slightly just a tiny bit better than first season.

Let's see how "I Need Romance 3" going to be....
On I Need Romance Aug 4, 2022
It's called "I Need Romance" but fails miserably in that department. One of the worst romcoms writing wise. Add to that really choppy editing.
Let's see how "I Need Romance 2" going to be....
On Goodbye Mr. Black Aug 4, 2022
I hated the male lead, worst character in the show. Maybe swap the actors between ML and 2ML that might be better? The drama was full of characters yet it felt empty.

I feel like they baited us with the thriller/action for the first 7 episodes then turns it into a business drama for the remainder. Don't even get me started about the writing!

Add to that the cheap romance bait. The dude went to the other girl within half an episode. You also get 3 guys liking the same girl and another 3 guys liking another girl. Bruh! Every single character in the cast got a love interest!!! This drama is a strong contender for the worst romance in a drama.
On Stairway to Heaven Aug 3, 2022
This drama got one of the worst set ups/first episodes. It's infested with revolting irredeemable manipulative characters, from the gold digger pure evil stepmother to the numerous selfish toxic characters lingering around everywhere. At least you could say like mother like daughter. Tae Hwa is a sick fuck psychopath. What a deranged individual!

I think the few first episodes will deteriorate a lot of people from watching it. I'm so done with this shit, they kept running away from each other about 20 times and every time they tell each other they will never let the other go. The award for the stupidest father goes to FL's dad.

This one reminds me of a drama, that I forgot the name of, where FL also get amnesia and 2ML takes advantage of the situation to make her his slave for 10+ years while raising a family together. That one was also dogshit. Prior to this drama I watched (The Snow Queen, Spring Waltz, Summer Scent) all of which are almost identical but this one is by far the worst one by a big margin.

Borderline watchable, hard to stomach. The only redeeming factor is the love between Jung Seo and Song Ju. The rest is dogshit. I finished this drama feeling nothing but hatred.
On The Snow Queen Aug 3, 2022
Don't know why they ended it like that. Feels like it was merely influenced by that era. It was full of events and conflicts, there was no need to pull "one last thing" for the ending. It needed better pacing. The drama dragged a lot and danced around too much that our leads had a very delayed start, by then it was almost too late anyway.
On Spring Waltz Aug 3, 2022
Title Spring Waltz
Philip is the sound of reason you wish to hear in every other drama. That talk he had with Yi Na in early episode 13 was goddamn satisfying. He actually uses his brain!

I just noticed every installment of the Endless Love Saga involves a love square :/
Just like Summer Scent, this carry a very similar layout of the events and goes for a ridiculous stretch for the ending.
Replying to Park Min Aug 2, 2022
Title Summer Scent Spoiler
It was completely fine until episode 13-14. There are about 7 episodes were wasted on hiding the donor's identity,…
Add to that she goes back to marry 2ml to force a break up with ml, a complete disconnect with the flow of the drama.
On Summer Scent Aug 2, 2022
Title Summer Scent
It was completely fine until episode 13-14. There are about 7 episodes were wasted on hiding the donor's identity, massive unnecessary filler.
The whole concept of the heart remembering who it loves is a nice starter but got seriously annoying when it became the main focus of the drama.
That ending was a big massive gigantic stretch. Like common dude was that really needed?

The 2ml is quite manipulative, controlling and selfish, always gaslighting and pushing to divert things to his best interest without any regard of the other side circumstances. In a passive aggressive way he was forcing the female lead to do everything he wants. Add to that attempted rape. Add to that being obsessive, he said himself FL was popular back in school days and he pushed everyone away from her.
On Time Between Dog and Wolf Aug 2, 2022
Love triangle ruined it for me. Extremely unnecessary. How to display a different personality after amnesia? Make him smirk all the time lol. First 5 minutes and you get cheap green screen drowning man. They could have easily film him underwater for 30 sec. This is the "daddy went out to buy milk and didn't return" simulator.
