From my perspective that explains why he was hesitant to confess first and hesitant to "fight" for Yak over Taem, but not really imo his hesitation now because Yak has been so overly open about his feelings even saying he loves Dee and very actively chasing him (seriously, how much money does Yak have? That courting sequence looked expensive. Lol). Between the fact that Dee came back early from his conference giving his first kiss to Yak and going back to the fact that Dee says out loud that Yak makes him feel good about himself and safe and he seems to truly think this, not just say it for show to Ter hence the whole admitting it was fake part, I struggle to see that as a realistic factor at this point of the story.

I'm really trying to get my mind around Dee's hesitance to say he's Yak's boyfriend. Has Dee been shown to have commitment issues elsewhere? He was the first to acknowledge he had real feelings for Yak and even had his whole speech to Ter this ep about how safe and known he feels with Yak so what's with this weird game of you need to chase me, no not like thaaat (even though I'm literally the one who told you to do it like that in the first place.) Like, I feel like the writers think this is slow burn but it's not slow burn because there's no more emotional space to work through, it's just two people who have openly stated they like each other drawing it out for plot convenient purposes. Haha.

No, it can mean that you just in general want more intimacy in your life and that's how your brain processes that information. It's absolutely wild to look down on a partner for something they can't control but It's really cool that you're able to control all the elements of your dreams, I guess.

Not this show making it the journalists fault for exposing kids doing drugs on school property IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME where they couldn't get subs because they were doing drugs. And they've done something like this before? Like, I'd get if it was just the b-ballers opinions because you do view things through your own lens but the show itself implies she did something wrong.
