I just hope that when he remembers her, he will not change his dynamic with her because of that. At least she is behaving normally and treating him accordingly for who he is now, instead of whoever he was when he was a young teen. But still, it would have been better if they had just dropped these kinds of tropes from the show; it is lazy writing. She doesn't need to have to excuse him eventually just because of his past self, but at least it doesn't seem she will (still I'm worried about the existence of this trope in the show). 🥲😅😉

I promised myself I would never watch anything on Mango, but I fell into temptation once. The first few episodes of that show had normal subtitles... but only the first few. 😅 So now I've learned my lesson: no more temptations!

I always check out his dramas. Some, I drop; some, I finish, but I can't say that I've liked any except for Tiger and Rose. I'm not 100% sure about this one, but I feel that at least I won't drop it

Ah, the terrible childhood trope that I hate so much. From the trailer, I didn't expect anything at all from this drama, so after one episode, I find it watchable... but now reading your comment, I'm scared to watch episode 2. Although episode 1 was quite okay, very light but not too ridiculous like some other idol dramas with this kind of budget, I'm not sure how much my suspension of belief will have to go and how much I can endure when my most-hated trope is in there. I think the only drama where the past connection trope didn't bother me (as it didn't have any weight on their relationship) was in Autumn Ballad. They just continued as before

I didn't have any expectations for this one, but I'm happy that so far it doesn't look bad, even with the typical over-the-top introduction/entrances of the main characters 😅. I'm only on episode 1, and I guess I'm always going to be behind since I'm watching on Viki. Mango always has such horrible subtitles. Did anything change there? I'm afraid to try. 😅 P.S. I'm only scared of whatever connection there is from the past, as I hate those tropes and prefer the relationship to be built on screen slowly instead of the usual shortcuts with a past connection trope 😭

Is it any good? I'm not sure about this drama, and I have too many other things going on to watch multiple episodes as I normally do before deciding. When I saw the trailer, it looked like some kind of comedy, but upon watching episode 1, I didn't find anything funny. The characters don't look interesting, and the story seems boring. But it is only one episode, so it is impossible to really have an opinion. So, for people who watched the available episodes, do you think it gets more interesting if you didn't vibe with the pilot?

Of course that part exists, but that is not all of her. Also, in the TV show, the amnesia part is not really clear; it seems almost as if she forgot more than just those three years. It is not consistent. But regardless, they really need to be apart because that life they had, those lies they lived, are really confusing for both of them. Just by being apart, they can see if those feelings were real (we know they are both in love regardless of everything, but they need to see it too).

I wouldn't forgive him just because he now seems to care for me, because from her point of view, all of that could be a lie too. She needs a lot more time to process all of her feelings and the things that happened between them. She needs to move away to have a clearer perspective. Also, as she said herself, he loves the devoted wife, and while she is that person too, she is not her either. So for her, ML loves a version of her that doesn't exist. They need space between them and to meet on more neutral territory to get to know each other better. We saw his struggles and feelings, but she didn't.

Are there going to be any other couples? I'm interested in his crab friend from the other school. 😅 i just started watching

At the beginning, I really wanted ML to suffer for what he did, but after she recovered her memory and stayed with him to use him, I feel like they balanced their wrongdoings pretty well, considering he is the reason she is even alive. I just hope if she turns her back on him, he will not become a doormat running after her. I hope they will come together slowly through the plot, finally meeting each other as they truly are, not the censored fake version they were during the marriage, because even if they are not completely like that version of themselves, the feelings were real and even if they never met in person before the fake marriage, they knew each other through their wit and rivalry while fighting on the opposite sides

I completely agree. I’ve always disliked when they portray the ML as an overly infatuated, mindless character. I really hope they don't take that route in this drama, I have some high hopes they won't 😉 🤞🏻

My take is that she lost more than those three years and that she only had fragments of her life, not a complete memory. Otherwise, as you said, it doesn't make sense.

He is, but a lot of times in dramas, they struggle to have both leads be clever. I mean, it happens, but not often, so fingers crossed as usual. 🤣🤣🤣

Help. I still haven't watched episode 17, as I'm not sure if it's better to wait until tomorrow and watch episode 18 as well. Does the episode end with a cliffhanger, or is it worth watching even if it's only one episode? 😭
