It is so bad, I really can't wait for the last two episodes because, however low my bar for the show is, they always find a way to surpass my low expectations. For that, I applaud them. 😅 I watched so many bad shows, but they were bad as they promoted them to be! This one was supposed to be an amazing journey of a woman through military ranks who, by her own strength and intelligence, advances in the military, with some romance in the background and friendship between soldiers, etc., all mixed with revenge. And what did we get? Nobody can give it a name. 😅

I'm imagining something convoluted, like the writer wanted to show us that Mu Bai is doing all of this because of his father, and he didn't want to hurt the boy, so he was there just to make them believe he would kill the boy (who isn't even the real Qi Yi). And with the poison, he didn't go by himself and force the boy to drink it. He is a victim of circumstances like the ML, so we need to forgive him. Poor him. 🤣 P.S. Seriously speaking, I don't understand that part. Maybe I missed something because I wasn't paying attention during this episode. 😅

The Empress has to do it so the male lead won't have any children with her. That part of the drama is over, and now they need to wrap it up. 😅 PM has already finished his arc, so now he needs to go into full mindless mode, leaving any logic behind so he can be taken down. Otherwise, there are 1000 ways to rebel against this emperor and succeed

We still have 2 episodes for a miracle! 😅

After this show concludes, we may all require therapy. Perhaps it is a social study to determine the limits of human endurance 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Or maybe when they saw the final result, they thought people would prefer the second male lead, so they just chopped him out 😅

Because the emperor is here to stay. The writers, after using Mu Bai and the empress just to add drama, decided it is time to make them "good" again so they can stay by our amazing emperor's side once Amai leaves at the end.

I even thought at some point that he had some scandal or problem and they decided to cancel him. 😅

I hope so, that is the only thing I'm holding onto right now 😅

Instead of at least sending Mu Bai into exile, the Emperor does nothing because, I guess, it works for him if the little one just dies. But then he doesn't have to make the decision himself, as the others are doing it for him, and he can pretend to be appalled by it
