Had to edit my comment as I realized it was mixed up 😆. I had the feeling of dragging in the drama, not the webtoon 😅. I feel they are dragging out parts that are less important, and I didn't really like the changes in how the leads interacted at the beginning of Life 2.0.

I need to voice how terrible this is while continuing to watch it because I can't believe somebody decided this plot was a great idea. Sometimes I comment on how much I love something, sometimes I comment on how much I hate something. The comment section is here for us to talk about a show, but not to personally attack the actors, for example. Until we are here expressing our opinions (positive or negative) without offending others, it is fine. It is a problem only when there are personal attacks toward actors or between commenters.

These writers come up with such terrible stories that I feel like writing a psychology paper analyzing their mental state and thought process behind these decisions. The most unbelievable part is that they sat in a meeting and concluded that those ideas were remarkable and amazing, and so much better than the novel.

I read the webtoon and it kept me interested because she really got to make them pay. In the drama it dragged a lot in the second part and i tried to watch it, but because I already know the story, it doesn’t really pull me in. Also, as an adaptation, it is not the greatest, and there were some changes that I didn’t really like. So for now, I have put it on hold, but I might finish it later on. I think it can be more interesting for people who didn’t read the webtoon, but it is one of those dramas that if you don’t like the first episode, you will never really like the rest of it

I'm also confused. They can't hate him because he's all over their story, but they can't love him because he's portrayed as a two-dimensional, mindless extra. Amai spends too much time with him; his presence seems to kill her brain cells. She needs to run away and never look back.

If they end it like that, I want the show to unknowledge that he was a piece of s*it! And Amai to leave not brokenhearted but happy to be free from such a man 😆

Sometimes, when you're nice and try to please everyone, you end up causing more problems than if you just took a stand. His biggest problem was losing his mother, who had experience in palace intrigue. This entire story is about him being aided by others; all his important decisions are made by others... it is really time for the writers to do something about him, but not in the last 10 seconds of the show, or else it will not make any sense since for more than 30 episodes he never matured. I have had enough of him, but considering the show is all about him, at least give him some character development, please! Surprise me, writers, please! 🥲😅 or just kill him off and put him out of his misery

I hate harem fights, and if I'm going to watch something like that, I need to know that's what I'm getting into from the start. I don't want them to just add it in at the end for no reason. And I can't stand it when the FL is supposed to be a military genius and an amazing leader, but the story is not about her at all

They still have four episodes to finally do something with this character! I mean, they have to do something; he is the male lead! Or at least make the female lead go on a killing spree to get rid of all of these annoying palace/harem people, and then take her horse and run away from this mess of a story. 😄

The show would have been more tolerable without any romance, as it was written terribly. Even her interactions with the other guy were nonexistent. I really don't understand why he likes her. I guess they spent a lot of time together; we just didn't see it. 🤷‍♀️ Same with the male lead; maybe they fell for one another off-screen, as many important events in the story were done in 10 seconds off-screen... By doing so, the writers gained time for a useless plots to add in these last episodes 🥲

It feels like when you watch a friend falling for some spineless, sleazy man, and you can't understand how she could even fall so much for somebody like that. 🤦‍♀️ I've said it before, but what I hate the most is that the story is trying to pass him off as a good guy. Everybody is protecting him and praising him when he has never shown any talent in anything. I was hoping against hope that maybe in the palace he would show us how clever he can be... but no. They didn't want to put the little prince on the throne because he's too young and could be easily manipulated. But I don't get how the male lead is any different. He's even worse because he can't make a decision and stick to it! Amai really has issues for falling for him; she needs to go away and work on herself so she never again falls for a man not worthy of any woman's attention.

At least there's something to look forward to. 😅🤣😂 Maybe whoever made the show really hated the original story and the writer, and the fans and all the people who wanted to watch it 🙄

I can't suffer together with all of you as I'm at work, and I managed to watch only half of episode 31. The cuts of Amai heartbroken because he got married made me roll my eyes. Like, girl... you have some serious issues to be obsessed with that guy. I still don't understand the why and the how... and his first wedding night... really, again? Victim of circumstances??? Come on!!!! I just cant... 😒

Interesting take, but I still can't give myself a logical explanation for why they would take a novel that seemed well-received and butchered it to the point of it being almost unrecognizable. Okay, they wanted some changes to make it simpler or easier for the different medium, but it just doesn't make sense. Also, wasn't the emperor in Go Princess Go a serious character made in a comical way, as all of that drama was mostly a comedy? I watched it a long time ago, so I'm not sure if I remember it well. 😅 Anyway, if they wanted to simplify the story of Amai, they could have done it so many other ways without taking the story away from her. Blending together a FL who acts as she is in a dramatic show and an ML who seems like an extra in a comedy just doesn't go together. In Go Princess Go, both leads were comical as the overall show was a comedy. I don't understand what they were thinking... or I would if the ML had some kind of character growth/arc.

I was trying to ignore that one, but they were forcing us to hate him. It wasn't enough that he had everything given to him without doing anything, from power to love. He even took the lead role from the protagonist! And while I say this, I can hear that stupid background music when he does something 'funny'.
