Honestly, the OnlyOneOf “be” series of six music videos had more spice than this series. I mean, I wasn’t expecting say, a KinnPorsche level of spice, but considering this is the group responsible for “Libido,” this wasn’t it. Cute and fluffy, but nothing earthshaking. I’ll stick to their music videos.
So … I am rewatching this fantastic drama, and let me explain why. I keep a meticulous, detailed spreadsheet of all the dramas I’ve watched … its stars, their previous works, platform, rating, etc. Every 25th slot on my list, I rewatch an old favorite. Today I hit the 500th slot on my list. Yes, I’ve watched 500 Asian dramas now, all genres, all countries, all platforms. And this is the drama I chose to take the honor of the 500th. I love everything about it … the storytelling, the acting, the tension, the music, the cinematography, the heartbreak, the treatment of the mentally ill, and especially the way they incorporate the books and their illustrations. It’s just brilliant!
Girl we might be soul sisters! I have watched over 300, have a very detailed spreadsheet and rarely watch things…
I held off to binge KP and am doing the same for IFYLITA, tho if the network shows any more previews, highlights and other clips, i won’t have to actually watch the show!

I feel you, my sister from another mister! I watched the first episode just to see if it lived up to the hype, and it was off to the races. It’s a game changer for me in the way KinnPorsche and I Feel You Linger in the Air are.
I have a weird ritual, you can probably relate. Every 25th show, I rewatch an old favorite. For 475, it was Dali and Cocky Prince. I have my lists in a ring binder. When I was still working, I carried it to work every day in my backpack so I could covertly update it at work lolol.
For my 500th, I will be rewatching the show that got me into this whole situation in the first place. Any guesses?
Just to add, I am strictly a binge watcher. I am just two shows away from reaching my 500th drama (I keep an obsessively detailed spreadsheet, more on that later) and this is the ONLY show I have ever watched as it aired. I’m on my third watch. Does that make me obsessive? 😁
This series continues to surprise and even astound with every twist and turn, be they shocking, funny, evil, infuriating or just plain poignant, and I am here for every minute of it.
This was Khaotung’s episode, hands down, especially at the end when he was looking straight into the camera. Very difficult. First and Mark also continue to impress, with every emotion captured in their expressive eyes.
This is another BL game changer in the ways KinnPorsche and I Feel You Linger in the Air are changing our expectations of what a great BL should be, all very different but all with exceptional storytelling. What started out as just toxic, raunchy entertainment has quickly gone well beyond that to bring out genuine emotion and tugging on heartstrings.
This drama was a mixed bag for me. I didn’t feel any emotion or angst until the last few episodes, when it was really too little, too late. The romance, if you want to call it that, was completely underdeveloped and underwhelming. The rigged betting plot was confusing and ultimately boring.
Not to mention, in not one single shot did Lee Sang Yeob not have a damned jacket on! Not once did we get to see his fine AF form! He was very handsome in this role, but you’d never know it. His bride to be is one lucky gal. Dang!

We should share lists some time!

It’s going to be hard to top this anytime soon.
