I disagree. KILL ME LOVE ME is 100% great drama. It's way better than The Princess Gambit. The palace politics, game of thrones, romance, and plots are very good in KMLM. The hot chemistry between Liu Xue Yi and Wu Jin Yan are also there. There is no dull or boring moments in KMLM. It's fast paced and great until the end.

Excuse me, Meng Zi Yi and Yang Zi don't have low nose bridge. Their nose is normal. And many Chinese girls also have high nose bridge like Liu Yi Fei, Zhao Lusi, Wang Chu Ran, Zhao Liying, Li Qin, and etc. It's NOT only for caucasian people. She is just NOT suited to ancient beautiful girl looks in Costume dramas. Her looks are too ORDINARY. Do you get what I said? Costume dramas are all about good looking people and visuals nowadays. Classic beauty standard is like Bai Lu, Li Qin, Li Yi Tong, Zhao Lusi, Zhao Liying, Yang Mi, Liu Yi Fei, Liu Shi Shi, Fan Bing Bing, Tian Xi Wei, Wang Chu Ran, Xu Lu, and etc.

Honestly, I am tired talking to you. You are living in the old eras. Then just go back to watch your old dramas. Why you keep spamming about the same topic again and again? Like I said before, I still prefer visuals over "super duper perfect acting". And many new generation actors and actresses can act in general standard. They don't look stiff or awkward in front of cameras. And I can still enjoy their acting and performances. Some actors and actresses already gave their best performances in the dramas and many people recognized their talents.

Yes. That person (who commented about acting bla bla bla) is always like that to new generation actresses. This is not her first negative comment about Meng Ziyi. Acting is all subjective matters. Personally, i don't find MZY acting is so bad like some people said. Her character was set as "cold" and "calculative" from the beginning. She must hide her own feelings and calculate about everything. We can't expect MZY to be very overracting as Jiang Tao Hua, right? When she was screaming and crying because of her little brother, it's all good in my opinion. It's all on point.

I agree with you about Hu Yi Tian. He looked very awkward in Blossoms in Adversity especially with that curly hair. Why the hair stylist didn't give him the long straight black hair like other male characters? Even 2nd ML Caesar Wu is more handsome than HYT.

Lin Yi, he only play ONE costume drama with Zhao Jin Mai and his styling was too plain and outdated in that drama. We should give him another chance with GOOD hair stylist and costume. With his type of handsome face, I think he will be so handsome in the right hand of stylist. But Lin Yi rarely accept costume dramas. So, idk about it. It's his choice.

Xin Yun Lai is still looking good for me in The Glory and Legend of Shenli. Shen Yue? She looks totally fine in Love in Pavillion. She is pretty with ancient costume.

Not all of them are terrible. Stop generalizing. There are also some good parents in historical dramas.

They definitely achieved S+ level dramas reputation. That's why I can't relate with your "rare" word statements. We have them and it's not rare.

I don't think with so many of the negative response, TPG achieved S level drama. Its heat index was 26k only and many tencent dramas reached the same number. Even The Litchi Road reached 26k as well.

Yes. But TPOB didn't have any pre-broadcast investment promotion, right? And Tencent released the drama smoothly and safely. So it's still POSSIBLE like I said.

LOTFG got supporting actor scandals. And TPOB got FL tax scandals before (She is innocent so the drama can be aired safely). It's understandable if Tencent will not do any promotions because they are playing safe for dramas that linked with scandals. They will just AIR DROP the dramas as long as they passed the censorship already.
