No. ZLH doesn't have any scandals. The prod team of this drama did ML dirty. Simple as that. They cut ML scenes and made him as guest star in his own drama

Xie Ze in Zhu Yu (coming soon) is a general and he shows his capability and domination in that drama. Pei Wen Xuan in Princess Royal is a protective and lovely husband to the Princess. Gong Zi Yu in MJTY transformed from "comfort zone" boy into capable young master of Gong family.
