I just love how the drama tries to maintain the story as realistic and relatable as possible despite it revolving…
it's so hard to find a drama that doesn't fit the stereotypical kdrama narrative. like this drama does have some reused tropes (ceo x subordinate, love triangle, etc.), but even then it feels so realistic. such a breath of fresh air!!
just saw someone mention how they love how everyone just seems like normal people with very ordinary lives and i fully agree!!
It's nice to see a drama without all the crazy dramatics for once, ML and FL who can actually hold a conversation with each other and where we can actually see the chemistry + realistic progression of feelings.
And even Nam Dareums backstory as a fangirl, I feel like she is one of the most accurate depictions of a fangirl that I've seen in dramas. A very normal everyday kind of person who happened to discover an artist and connect with them. Even the making friends through similar music interests, and knowing things like video editing from being a fangirl.
i just realized Ryu Seung-soo and Jin Kyung have reunited in this drama after starring in Wonderful days as a couple, I knew the banter between them sounded familiar LOL!!
i wonder if they might be a pairing, looking forward to them, even though the dads character irks me really bad
realistic ending which I liked, but there were way too many misunderstandings and annoying plotlines in the middle. this plot couldve been better as a movie
bruh r u serious the killer escaped the hospital and his first thought was to run to sunjaes place instead of his wife??? mind you eun sunjae can defend herself more than well...
Honestly surprised by the bad reviews on this drama, I am loving each episode. The main couple has an ordinary sort of love which I love and find very endearing. you will enjoy this drama if you are a fan of slice of life and the art of a mundane plot
I'm up to ep 3 and have two Hong Kong movies so far -- Chungking Express and A Moment of Romance
curious if there are any more referenced and if there's a full list?
