Fan yue must have been escaping a first kidnap event from the Tiger Clan when he escaped and was in an accident and found at the bottom of a mountain before being taken in by Baize clan, and then Tiger Clan was desperately looking for the "purple eyed boy" (aka FY). Fan Yue must be the purple eyed boy but the Baize grandfather secretly made it look like Qifeng has the purple eyes (not sure why). And then Zhen Yu fought with tiger clan? not sure how chenye could have got to Zhen Yu unless tiger clan was colluding with him or he defeated them? I wonder if ZY knows Chenye isnt the guy he is looking for?

yeah, in that case credit was definitely due. if the production team wasn't aware that the designs were original works of the author, she should have made that more clear in her actual book. if she made it clear in the book and they still used her designs without reading the notes carefully, that's on their end, they should have been more careful and credited her anyways. i think the author should get some sort of compensation for it because they are her original designs being borrowed for a televised production.

it doesnt happen only once though, because then grown up min goes back to the past, essentially opening up a new parallel timeline, if you don't think about the paradox as one closed loop. everytime min travels back to the past a new branch in the timeline opens up, and all these timelines are coexisting i guess. that's how i understand it. thus if they are all coexisting, min's dna would be altered in each time travel backwards
