Isaburo character was a bit mild compared to old one,both movies n dialogues are exactly the same.I liked both,watch this before old one or watch only old one.Masakazu was really good in this.
This reminded me of Harakiri bcz the Father is MC in both n how both the movies deeply touched Humanity, Moral n Social themes in simple story telling .The conclusion is not necessary in both the movies but the message is solid.I highly recommend both of these movies.
The direction n acting were amazing.I loved the eerie n dark ambience that also reflected the pain n regret of Hidetora. The overall set up was really nice. There's no action n war,plot was nothing new. Kyoami looked like Masaki Suda.
Music is very important, sometimes it's compensatory when the story isn't good enough. On the other hand, it enhances the beauty of the scene n that flute scene was the most impactful scene in the movie.I just loved it .

Polygamy n polyandry are not morally right bcz it will lead to lawlessness , overpopulation, disloyalty.I mean people are disloyal anyway but after legalization they will get ever more corrupt n heartless if they are given chance. If u talk about nature then humans ,just like animals,like to engage with more than one partner .Only morals, ,laws n sometimes love are few things that's stopping them.
