Gaga doesn't have douban and heat index as well. Plus i have hardly saw a Chinese yt covering BL reviews because market is still very underwhelmed. So there is no way to know Chinese mainland impression of this drama.

Also i truly think 8.5 is a very good rating in MDL. And let's not forget ratings can go up/ down after last ep. I have barely seen 9.0 ratings for a Chinese drama. It's rare and if its there means it is top class mastered written script, acting everything that will forever define Cdrama. Some dramas despite not having 9.0 ratings still stay in heart of audience.

Plus Chinese BL has recently started. Thai dramas have a very strong base plus fan service sells to get strong fanbase. Otherwise how 8.0+ ratings come even in badly written shows like PitBabe and Knot? Plus fluff sells. Most audience are girls( atleast in my opinion) so having an experience of lots of girls in MDL, i can assure u most young girls want to see romance and fluff. Handsomeness also contributes. U can have 100 lines of depth story and 5lines of staring or act of Service and all u will see is discussion of those 5lines and not plot.

I actually like BL dramas comments more. Atleast people here talk about plot. Otherwise 🤣🤣 in other comment section people talk about beauty, their gege, xiao meme, how they are so handsome and beautiful. One diff opinion and Oh! You are a hater. One supporting comment. Oh! U are a toxic fan. 🤣 Trust me one comment for/against acting "Oh! Does that really matters this much?". Apart from some people who are genuine critiques only those idol dramas get high score.

So for an non idol cdrama, with good plot and well written slice of life story full of people who talks about plot, who don't have strong fandom. 8.5 is a masterpiece.

Wolf part i think they mentioned in later ep. I remember i saw in one clip. Anyways me and my overthinking. I can barely watch slice of life dramas idk y. But i am having a will to watch this. Plus all the sad dramas are in my watchlist. I will keep this drama and road to the splendor in my top priority list. So that one drama can cut each other sadness.

Detailing is what I love. I love dialogues. But more than dialogues I love visual storytelling. This drama serves me on that part. So yes. Let's see. I am also all in to enjoy this drama. :)

Because i did searched. And all i got to know is that law reforms happened and economy opened. Because when I searched I saw less of these issues that above comment explained? So i didn't understood why reforms has to come in place only when the Reform and Open up era comes? Because according to me reform doesn't happen in a day, it takes lot of work and realisation to reach that stage. It's a revolution. Because in my country there is no separate criminal procedure law and criminal law? Because in my country the above comment that mention its to do away with old criminal laws happened hardly 2-3 years ago. Because not everything is one google search away. Because when going through reforms u need to understand why there was necessity for that reform and what actually changed it brought in ground field? Because someone who has already more knowledge they can help u better understand what u googled.

Because i simply can't watch a story dealing with administration when I have administration background? Because administration changes depending on country. Because idk how in a non democratic country legal system works. Again these all demand time.

I don't watch and don't want to watch these stories without understanding things properly. These stories i watch to supplement and compare what is there in my country and to know which laws if in future happens in my country i understand the history of those countries who has already applied. Some stories don't explain these. So it's heavy on research on my side. And somehow after my 10 hours of job when I am playing ep button while eating i don't want to research and just enjoy.

So i have few doubts in ep1.

1. Was chang yang already attracted to Qing Lang? Because how come he was too open to him in terms of physical intimacy( to me that wine sharing, staying where he was as it is when qing lang was sleeping, drinking and casually refilling wine) or was he took carefree? Because im camp fire how everyone is looking into his closeness with him already says that they are getting closer emotionally. He was even checking qing lang and his ex rumours online.

2. Chang yang saying Qing lang never loved anyone because he is afraid of love. How he knew within such a short span of time? I see there was no signals indicating that. On the contrary I saw qing lang little bit upset or unsettled with his emotions regarding whole matter. Because blocking exist.

3. When chang yang was applying tea oil on qing lang and telling the story about him saving a wolf. Is there any meaning behind that Convo? As who knows if that wolf is saved or not. Or I am reading too much in this Convo. Why i feel this line of saving wolf is something deep that story wants to convey which i am not understanding or missing?

China loves their historical bromance, fantasy bromance and the older brother syndrome- true. I think it has to do something because china strictly controls LGBTQIA+ content even in bromance genre. Eg- untamed.

Copy paste will be too much to say. Because plot is always diff. Unless u are talking about nanyang mystery ,lost tombs, mystic nine kind of genre.

So nature doesn't have grief? Maybe. But animals under wilderness also posses grief. Otherwise why wolfs are loyal? Why swans die by the death of their other half? If the injured bird is eaten by animals in nature then isn't it also true that the mother of that injured bird is somewhere looking for him? Aren't birds supposed to fly and migrate in groups? It's to protect each other. Because somewhere grief is present. Yes we have rituals for the passing of loved one. But isn't mourning is also present in nature? It's said in order to make a flower bloom whate required is water, sunlight and care. When we plant a flower we care. But in wilderness it grows on its own. As survival. Maybe in wilderness people grow more to survive. But idk for me grief will always be part of nature.

Maybe we perform ritual to mourn and bid good bye. But arent animals in nature who also have memory of longer time span they missed and remember their loved ones? Aren't they mourn inside themselves. Otherwise why after a long time when people/ animals they once truly cared and then separated then met after long time they have tears of renunion and separation? Isn't it because they also are full of emotions?

PS- now, that i have started the drama i have to hunt down all ur message and re read them to get better understanding. And now only I am noticing how much depth if msg contains. This drama has truly made a place in ur heart which will remain with u for a long time. These msg are of a person who is thinking every sentence in depth, emotion, curiosity. It's hard to have a drama that impacts one this much. I remembered i felt the same for one of drama and that was tragic one. I can picturise the moments whee one line stays with u and suddenly over internet the researcher mode is on to get more understanding of that one line.

Hmm. Synopsis was good actually. I am not a fan of Jdramas but considering i am in shortage of time and all serious straight dramas are going on. I need something badly to relax. I will watch it after 25 years of u.

Honestly I feel by boat and oat casting atleast people who are their fan are watching this. With rookie actors only people who genuinely loved omegaverse can watch this. Because for me plot is just non existent. Because why in the world i have to see Phatsa origin at ep6? When it was no mystery? And that was coming from his family? Didn't his father has basic sense that in omegaverse his son should know atleast that neck should not be bitten or the existence of these. Plus wolf god theory was already explained in ep1.

Trust me I am the one who will see fated lovers and run to watch that drama. But this is just not it. Why should I believe that theirs is a fated mate bond? Because for me as a girl i admit i live in delulu world who has only seen the dramas where fated love bond is special and it has soo much love and destiny involved with it. Plus this is s supernatural drama. Why i should get only Phatsa nakhun bond formation like that? Does pull means only loosing control and showing restraint in omegaverse? The series name is Knot. Why I have to watch those many NC scenes? I don't have problem with NC scenes. I have problem when NC scenes are contributing to ur relationship and story and I feel nothing there. No love no attraction nothing. It's my view. No one has to like my pov and i am ok.

Anyways, ABO desire was my first omegaverse novel as well and it was written good. Not sure about other omegaverse novels. Tell me urs. I will read it for sure. ( Have a book reading habit before sleeping) Looking forward for ur fav list. 😊

It's not about me feeling the show spoiled. Rn maybe i am not watching. Who knows one day I might liked this drama when I am in brain rot mood. First few ep didn't really happened much but now since plot is there little bit only. So i can read and decide in future. Because as long as there is interesting story i can watch it.

Hmm makes sense. For me even if there is some variable or unexpected thing happened it should make sense to me. Like accident it's unexpected can't be planned so those things i am ok. But one day if Phatsa even after getting bitten in neck( forming pact) despite his friends warning that do not let anyone mark ur neck and be chill about it and in second mention he realised something big happened that's inconsistent and illogical to me.

Because sadly I actually waited for it a lot. I loved ABO Desire. I also liked the actors in my stubborn so I was excited for it .But i didn't liked it at all. It's not that I am saying my bad opinions here. Those who love they love. I didn't liked it my opinion. And neither I am adding this in my watchlist nor rating this. So i don't see any problem here. If i just want to see whats happening. Because i actually watched till ep5 every sec and nothing happened that really convince me to invest my 50 min of life in this drama. Plus it's not that I am claiming that I am watching it right now.

Idk why male don't write LGBTQIA+ dramas. But i think i am ok. Because in my country male writers have very good reputation except few.( Sarcasm obviously 😂).I prefer not to watch any male written movies in my country except few directors work. They give me life time trauma.

So as long as there is depth in dramas I am ok even if women writes BL.

Hmm ig I can understand what are u saying. Previously jdramas used to cover very bold FL also like scum's wish( i never found s drama like this, very unique story line, i was just an adult and i didn't understood the depth that time later i understood) then we had meet me after school( again tabboo relationship).

Now if i ever want to watch japanese straight romance drama means anime. There also nothing special is coming. Like fragrant flowers i didn't liked. Love of prism, agent of 4 seasons i want to watch but not getting time. Sparks of sorrow( non romance ig from synopsis) is also on my list.

But very much occupied with cdramas. They are bombarding good dramas that I have to pull an all nighter and sleep for 3-4 hours before going to office. 🤣🤣🤣
