Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
I really hate how Ye Xiwu expects him to have mercy on every single person. If only she was there to see what…
All that, but also she literally went back to past to kill him because in the future he will do evil deeds. But she is annoyed he is killing people who did evil shit. Make it make sense 🤡

Sung hanbin is now number 3, maybe he will lost center part in the groupe, it's weid, yes i know vote continue
he is only 3rd in Global votes. And he has been 3rd and 4th each round in Global Votes. I'm sure he is still 1st when you combine both Korean and Global votes.

This show and trainees reactions and the audience reactions just show that the kpop industry is in awful state and has a lot of basic issues with how it's managed (on the companies level). I'm sorry, but I find it ridiculous that trainees worry this show is their only and last chance to debut and they see it as make it or break it. Yes, there are a few cases when it makes sense (older trainees 24+, people who already debuted long time ago and it did not go well, trainees with no companies), but for the rest, this should be seen as just an additional opportunity to make faster debut or gain more fans even without debuting.

Logically speaking, the companies would send their best trainees to shows like that. So the idea THEIR BEST are worried about not being able to debut unless they get in top9 is just the biggest clownery on the planet. I feel like there are so many companies created by people who know fucking nothing about running a bossiness, marketing, management, so then we get issues like that.

The issue is also the oversaturated market. When you have so many trainees, just being a good trainee and have solid lineup in the debut group is not enough to make it. Now trainees have to have already existing fanbase EVEN BEFORE THE FUCKING DEBUT. By now, being trainee is not really a training period where you learn the skill. It's already a job where you have to show the skills and market yourself, gain followers and fans. Shit like pre-debut releases. THE FUCKIN YOU MEAN PRE-DEBUT SINGLE. You put up a single online with a MV - THAT'S THE DEBUT in every realistic sense of the word.

Honestly speaking, the changes in the industry are both fascinating, but also scary. How PSY was planning to debut a fucking 12 years old and decided not to do that only because the public was against it. 12 YEARS OLD CHILD! Kpop industry is so wild and sad.

I do think he is still number one with korean votes added. They just decided to show a different ratio than what…
Exactly. They don't want to take any chances of him not being no1 at the end.
He was 3rd and 4th in Global votes for past 2 rounds, literally nothing changed. He gets 1st, because he is high in global and first (sometimes with a lot more votes) in kr votes

hui? seriously like i would love for him to be in the team if there was 11/12 members but theres 9 debuting and…
Yeah he had dating history, but when it was public they were already not dating. So Cube just said they already broken up. It's different than Hyuna and Edawn making their relationship public a day after Cube denied the rumors of them dating 🤣 One was a done deal that had little to no impact on the groups and the company, while the other literally made the company look like a joke (that they are, I'm not saying they are not lol).

The only reason they "like" Hui is to have him produce songs. That's it. But as I said, he wants to BE on stage. not just produce songs behind the scenes. He is successful producer, he is not successful performer. No one talks about his performance skills, he is know for the songs he produces. 4minute was THE girl group. What Cube does? Disband. CLC was gaining more and more popularity with one hit after another, what Cube does? Disband. Beast was one of the most popular groups? What happened? The whole ass group left because of shitty management. I have exactly zero trust in Cube.
Hyuna was also the golden child of Cube with all the promotions, albums, sub-units etc 🙂 Until she was not.

Cube is not Big 3 lol On any standard.

I never said he is nobody, but he can as well be in terms of a performer if Cube decided to not renew their contract this year (which would literally not be the first time Cube not renewing a popular group's contract for no good reason).

He can only be successful soloist if Cube decide to debut him as soloist and put money into marketing. Which I doubt they would. If they wanted him solo, they would debut him soloist long time ago, instead of making him produce songs for their groups.

He can easily be popular and well respected producer, but he wants to be a performing artist, and that's not what he is known for. He wants to BE on stage, not just watch songs he produces being perform on stage by other idols.

I agree that he does not fit into a group with other trainees in the show, I don't want him to debut here either, BUT I just find it laughable how much faith and respect people have for CUBE when they proved for years they are one of the worst companies in terms of management.

Nope Hui doesn't fit in this show. It's a show for trainees or failed idol, to give them a chance to be seen.…
But he is not recognized as an idol, but as a producer, which is a different job. Even in Boys Planet when he showed up most people talked about the fact the produced songs for previous shows, and not that he is a great performer. He can easily work as a popular producer, but he would struggle yo make it big as a performing artist, especially with cube's shitty marketing and management

Peak Time is literally for failed group, so of you say he can go there, means he fits the criteria of failed idol. But you also said Boys Planet is for trainees and failed idols. So by your own logic he fits into Boys Planet 😂

I don't even want him to debut in Boy Planet simply because for me he does not match with other trainees that well, but he does fit the concept of the show overall. All seasons of mnet survival shows had popular idols in them, and each time they did debut with the show. It's not like Hui's situation is new and special.

Only one person from top18 does not have a company. And only Sung Han Bin, Ji Woong, Kum Jun Hyeon, Jay and Matthew are from small or unknown companies. And you literally cannot know which companies are planning to debut a group and which are not. Yes, you can speculate, but you cannot know for sure.

I also don't know from where did the confidence come from that Hui for sure has Pantagon to come back to when their contracts end this year and up till now there is no info that Cube will renew it. I'm literally here preparing mentally for them to disband this year.

I won't be surprised if he is here coz Cube is not planning to renew their contracts this year.

The way Mnet REALLY wants Sung Han Bin to be no1 🤣 That's why they showed him being no3 right now. Which I don't even know I believe is true. Not that I don't think he can be lower than 1, but it's more about Taerae being lower than PHan Bin.

Truth to be told, it's hard for me to even be mad about them trying to make sure Sung Han Bin ends up no1, coz even tho he is not my pick, I do want him to create that history and keep the no1 spot from beginning till the end ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They were definitely promoting PHan Bin more past 3 episodes (not complaining since he is my pick) and I'm curious…
Nope. The only difference will be the no1 since he will get a solo on the debut album. The rest of the ranking does not matter in terms of who will get how many lines in the debut album. It might matter more in terms of promotion and screen time in the MV tho, and being center during the performances, since they will want to "promote" more popular members more, so the higher ranked one.

That said, I'm just trying to look at it from logical viewpoint in terms of marketing. Mnet is nuts, it's hard to predict what they want and if they even care if people view the show as rigged or nah 🤡

They need these 3 G members to not get massive backlash. Matthew is a safe pick for them in that regard coz he is Korean, knows Korean, is talented, but still technically is considered not Korean member.

Also, no way they will debut Zhang Hao, Yu Jin, Gyu Vin and Ricky - 4/9 guys from one company? Whenever it would be rigged or not, people would be sus about it and accuse them anyway.

They have been giving Matthew way too much screen time for me to think they want him out. If they want trainee out they usually just not give them screen time at all (like with Jay) or evil editing (a lot of G members), but for Matthew it was all about how sad he is and how much he grew thanks to all the hardships...

Again we agree, yes this group would be the best in terms of vocals, rap, visual...etc. My only choice is in it,…
Some of my favs are missing too. Like, I love Kamden, but I just don't see him in this team. I could have picked him for his rap easily, but if we talk about balancing the team in terms of personalities, marketability, variety skills etc. he would not stand out and match the team.

Trainees I think should debut based not just on the individual talent, but also marketability and creating balance in the group. (in no particular order except no1 - also I did not even add some of my favs 😭)

👑 Sung Han Bin - obvious reason. Center position.
💖 Zhang Hao - obvious reason. Great presence on stage, softer presence off stage - would do good to counterbalance more hyped members.
🎤 Kim Tae Rae - Main vocal. We do not want a group that has passable vocals, but nothing standing out. Also, that smile is a killer. He also has one of the strongest fanbases in Korea so marketable af.
🌍 Keita - all-rounder and helps balance the group with his experience in the industry. Possible leader. Helps with Japanese market, but being fluent in Korean and part of the Korean entertainment industry for a long time makes him also marketable in Korea.
🖊️ Lee Jeong Hyeon - We need rappers. And he can write his own verses. He can hold a note so even with more melodic songs he would not fall behind.
💪🏻 Park Gun Wook - We need rappers pt.2. Not to mention strong stage presence. We also need a maknae with distinctive personality and presence and Gun Wook not being this cute young guy would play to his advantage, especially since he actually is adorable, even if he does not look the part at first.
🎤 Yoo Seung Eon - 2 solid main vocalist is a must. We need 2 vocals and 2 rappers, and the rest can be filled with all-rounders. But yeah, to get more diverse music and sound, we need people who can hit them more difficult notes.
😆 Park Han Bin - Personality wise we need one hype person to lift the mood. Was considering either him or Kum Jun Hyeon, but I simply think the "class clown" image Jun Hyeon has was just too strong (mnet fault) and I don't feel like I saw anything else from him off stage. On the other hand Han Bin would have a strong grip on the team during the practice, and every team needs someone who is both strict, but also encouraging.
🥰 Seok Matthew - aka the "fake" maknae. Yes, we need a cute member in the group. We need a member who can bright the room with just a smile - especially important in interviews and variety shows. He can also easily carry a lead vocal position, as long as no one asks him to belt ad-libs. Extremely marketable for the global audience.

I love Matthew, he's my only pick, but even I admit he's not fit to lead.
And he honestly does not have to be. Idols don't have to be good at everything (at least that's what I think lol). He has a great voice, does good on stage, solid dancing and is fun to watch for the variety shows. He does not have to also be good at leading. I just hope he can figure that out, because I feel like he is wasting time to handle things he does not have to.
