Title Memories of the Alhambra Spoiler
Correct me if I'm wrong, Jin Woo was adopted by the professor 20 years ago who's the biological father of Hyun…
I would not say he did not feel any remorse. The scene when se cried after "killing" him 2nd time and when he cried in the car kind of showed that he did feel bad about it and it was painful for him.
Also... The dude did stole the love of his life and married her. I would be like "fuck the dude, he is not my brother anymore". Coz it's obvious even now he has feelings for his ex-wife.
Also I think remorse is not exactly a feeling that he is 'obligated' to feel to be honest. I always associated remorse to actions that were done with premeditation. Here regret is more fitting, since he didn't want to really kill him (at that moment) and there was not way he could even imagine that killing him in the game would end up with him being dead in real life.
I really like Jin Woo tbh. He is perfectly grey character and it makes it so interesting. I hate when character is just good or just bad.

What about Cha Hyun Suk? He is not part of the property, why did he die? or why he is in death state, if I believe…
I think Hyun Suk is gone for good. They buried him, didn't they? Even if he "wakes" up after the game is over, he would die from suffocation in his coffin.

I am so confused by the preview of the next ep. Even knowing that this game kind of dangerous and with all the stuff that happened to Jin Woo, he still decides to publish it lol Also, he said he does not hallucinates but we know it's a lie and he keeps playing the game since we saw the whole fighting in the train scene from the future in previous episodes which will happen in future ones. what is this drama even?
I love it

can someone explain to me why cha hyun suk (park hoon) died in episode 3?
We don't really know. All we know is: you die in the game, you die in real life. Or at least this is way has been suggested so far.

The lens itself seems to be available to purchase and possess. Yoo Jin Woo's company owns the exclusive right…
I kind of assumed Hyun Suk would have stolen the prototype and worked on it in his new company and I can kind of accept that explanation but I am really curious if they will explain how Se Joo was able to create the game and all that.

yeah but there was this huge press conference or whatever, they showed the clips on tv and the journalists asked why they delayed the release of the lenses and no other moments in the drama indicating that they are on the market. That's why I am confused.

Can we just talk about the you're asking for trouble line in episode 4?!!! That plus the lip bite is the hottest…
Me while watching ever single ep: omg he is so good looking. how is he so good looking. why is he so hot? How is he even real?
and that scene just killed me. I am a ghost right now

Title Memories of the Alhambra Spoiler
There is one really big plot hole right now that I just cannot stop thinking about: how did Se Joo create a game compatible with the high tech eye lenses without having all the details about how they work or even having them in possession? And if he has them, then how? who gave them to him? Same goes for the now dead guy. He left the company 3 years ago, so where did he got that lenses from? At best he would have a prototype if he stole it when he left. They are not available on the market yet....
Overall, I love it. The way slowly the boundaries between two words are getting more and more blurry. I assume soon Hee Joo will join the game, or at least I hope she will.
It's pretty clear Se Joo is not dead too, since he was "killed" in the train but his body is no where to be found. He got sucked into the game like some freaking jumanji

I like the drama so far but I don't want Yoo Jung's character to end with any of the characters tbh. She and Gyun Sang don't have the best chemistry and her and Song Jae Rim loveline is creepy. I much rather have this drama focus on the friendships not a romance....

he looks "old" next to her coz he is a lot older than her. I mean 12 years is a huge gap. He looks his age tho.…
then don't read it, so one is forcing you. I have a right to reply if someone has problems with understanding simple statements and is twisting that I am saying into something else.
AP F clearly stated that she does not want Yoon Gyun Sang is the drama (to the point she wants to vomit when she sees the main couple kissing) so I replied that is we talk strictly hypothetically it would make sense to change lead actress to fit more age wise to the rest of the cast, than to change the rest of the cast to fit one actress. I myself don't want anyone out of the drama. I guess not everyone can understand hypothetically examples and talking in categories of "what if".
That statement also was not wrong. IF someone says "we have to either replace Yoo Jung or Gyun Sang coz that pairing does not work" I would probably pick Yoo Jung for the reason I previously stated. The say way AP F would pick Gyun Sang. That said AGAIN I don't want anyone out of the drama... is it that hard to understand? I said she is amazing actress and I am a fan but somehow you make it look like I am her biggest anti ;/

You kind of took my comment out of the context. I would not like anyone out of the drama. The person before me said they should not have cast Yoon Gyun Sang coz he is too old for Yoo Jung (which, honestly it's not even being too old, but they look like there is a big age gap so that's the problem) so I said that considering all of the rest of the main cast is older/older looking it would be more economical to recast Yoo Jung than to replace the rest of the cast. It has nothing to do with the actors themselves tbh, since they are all amazing.
How old are suppose to be the main leads in the webtoon? As I said I did not read the webtoon so I am basing my thoughts only on drama. People say that Song Jae Rim is a better lead since he looks younger, but honestly he does not. Their love lines (because of his age) is even creepier. I mean university student falling for a high schooler and "watching her from a far" for years? I would not call it romantic. I am assuming the webtoon is really good, but I feel like the production team don't quite know how to show that in a drama and it shows both in the storyline and in casting choices. It shows when Yoo Jung has an amazing chemistry with some side characters but the main do not fit that well. And it's not her fault. The casting overall I feel like it was a mess. As far as I remember they had some troubles with cating main lead right?

how was I rude? I clearly said she is really talented. The problem is not her, but the fact they did not put much though into casting tbh. They picked all the amazing actors and actresses but overall the cast does not fit the best with each other. Yoo Jung looks really young (and she is really young) so when she acts as an older sister even tho she looks much younger than other characters just does not sit well for me. The whole 'Ajumma' scene was ridiculous and with such a young actress as Yoo Jung they should have just get rid of it. Again, Yoo Jung is amazing actress and I love her, I try to watch all of her projects, but with the rest of the cast, she does look a bit too young. The character is suppose to be what 24/25? She looks 20 at most. I have no idea what is with this trend to cast young looking actresses for those roles. I get why Yoo Jung accepted it tho, she is in that moment of her life when she wants to stop playing just high school characters and move to more mature roles.
And of course knetz lover her acting and looks since she is amazing at it and is really beautiful. But it's also the fact that she is young looking therefore I don't quite believe the character the writers created.
She was the 1st one from the main cast to accept the offer right? If that's true, the casting crew F up with the rest of the cast. Having Yoo Jung as a lead they should have cast younger male actors.

are you trolling or are you actually that disgusting of a person to say you're going to throw up because an actor…
funny thing about his weight is, I literally did not see he gain any weight until I read comments. Like... I never thought about it nor focused on his appearance that much hahaha

I did not read the webtoon so I am making my statements only based on the drama. I much rather have Yoo Jung out of the drama, since I feel like she is too young looking for it. I rather have an actress that is a bit older looking (just one that really looks like she might be in her mid 20') since the whole cast except from Yoo Jung is older. Also love how Yoon Gyun Sang portraits his character. It fits him well.
As I said, I think both Yoo Jung and Gyun Sang are really talented, but if anyone, I feel like it's her who does not quite it the rest of the cast.
Also, just a curious question: who do you think they should have cast as a male lead? :)

Am I the only one who really strongly ships Oh Sol with the tall cleaner guy who has some criminal bg? Coz the short scene in ep 4th when they were cleaning the toys and shit went down was everything.

Tbh I really find it really cringe when they are kissing but the drama is really fun but no chemistry. Why did…
he looks "old" next to her coz he is a lot older than her. I mean 12 years is a huge gap. He looks his age tho. I rather say it's Yoo Jung who looks really young. They are both amazing separately but I do not feel the chemistry between them too. I'd say it was casting mistake.

I do not understand all the comments expressing disappointment over the writers removing the sibling incest trope.…
The thing that annoyed me, is that they strongly hinted they are siblings since the day one of the drama (even before the whole fabrication plot point) just to disregard it at the end. They were showing images and scenes hinting it before we were truly even introduced to Se Ran's character and her plan. You can't have a cake and it eat too. For me it looked like they had planned different ending but decided to changed it half way through drama.
I have not seen the jap. version but I kind of figure it out that they are related quite early (few eps in) and I found it fascinating to see their tragic love story. But at the end it was stupid misunderstanding, all the deaths at the end were meaningless and could have been easily avoided. The fact that Moo Young just believed everything Se Ran said knowing very well that she is an evil bitch that is willing to do anything? He was suppose to be rather smart character. Also at that time he was on speaking terms with Jin Gook, they talked about the past once, they could have talk about it again. Majority of things that happened at the end were quite out of characters and messy.

Those two eps were mess. There was way too much exposition and that's now how you tell the story. Why did they so clearly show who is the bad guy and who is a good guy here? There was too much going on. That said, it might get so much better later on, so I will keep watching. Also I LOVE the cast.
Also Yura reminds me of Sharon from Black Knight so much.
