I WAS RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING! I told you guys there is no killer, that he does not exist and never did! And that Kang Chul is going to go after Sung Moo. I even mentioned that he might kill (or try to kill) Sung Moo in 5th ep omg hahahaha

I have some thoughts about the the drama may end (YES I KNOW it;s too early and it;s been only 4 eps, but I just want to share my theory hahaha): I think Kang Chul will not end with Yeon Joo. He will get a happy ending in webtoon (with her help) but that will be his end. He will accept the fact that he is just a webtoon character and that there isn’t a place for him in real world. And why do I think there might be some bittersweet ending? coz of a freaking melodrama genre that is added on every freaking website next to title. <- btw if I get this one right I’m fucking awesome hahaha
THO OBVIOUSLY I would prefer if they would be all cute sweet love and shit, and them being happy together in either webtoon world or real world lol

I was right... about sooo many things hahahha how and why is Yeon Joo getting into webtoon, why is Sung Moo trying to kill Kang Chul, that the killer of Kang Chul's family and the killer who later tried to kill him and not the same characters, the fact that at the end the identity of the killer in webtoon is not that important since KC will at the end go after Sung Moo (tho this one is more and more probable but not 100% correct hahaha).
And the preview of 5th ep! how did Kang Chul become murderer? Did he kill Sung Moo? or does he refert to the fact that the moment he left webtoon and released the world is not real he 'killed' all the characters in it? or maybe he really did kill his family? like the idea of him seeing some sketches from Sung Moo showing Kang Chul being the killer... like one of the concept sketches when Sung Moo was experimenting with who the killer might be... THIS DRAMA IS JUST TOO GOOD.

there isn;t much said about the killer: he somehow got Kang Chul's gun so he had to be somehow related to the sport competition (sport equipment used on Olympics especially by gold medalist must be well protected, I mean it;s a gun too so) and he knows how to shoot well, he's male and knows how to fight... semi-well. there is literally none character like that in webtoon. maybe except from Seo Do Yoon, but we can't even be sure if he knew Kang Chul back then... I just can't think about any character that would fit all the criteria at this point... it's possible we did not even meet the 'killers character' yet tho... it's only 3rd ep after all

YES! that's what I was saying! Sung Moo is going to be the main target of Kang Chul's revenged plan when he finds out he;s the author of the webtoon.and that's why I don't think the identity of the killer in webtoon is going to be important since KC plan is going to shift from him to Sung Moo. the webtoon killer was just a tool, and Sung Moo was the one really making all the decisions that ruined Kang Chul's life

I guess we will know later. for now there wasn't introduced a character that had an opportunity and motive to kill Kang Chul's family. literally no one.

the webtoon was not popular then tho. Sung Moo's wife left him coz he kept drawing even tho his webtoon wasn't popular and it did not bring money. only AFTER Kang Chul saved himself on that bridge and the whole idea of the revenge was borng the webtoon got popular. So from the beginning the killers character was not developed. That's what I think. that sung moo planed for this webtoon to have a dramatic end but changed his mind after the whole 'he was hanging on that bridge on one hand whole night so I'll give him a chance for the revenged' part.

So I was right with why Sung Moo wants to kill Kang Chul, he is afraid he will go after him. That's his only reason. And I still believe (even more strongly now) that the identity of the killer is not important and most likely we will never know who he was. The writer wanted to kill Kang Chul on the bridge. The beginning idea wasn't for him to have revenge so there is a huge possibility that Sung Moo did not develop a specific character to be a killer, he was just... someone to kill Kang Chul's family. And I was correct on how does Yeon Joo gets in and out of drama: she gets in when the plot needs her and out when she is no longer needed (aka the end of the chapter)... and that's what happened, she's a female lead now so she shows up when the plot needs her hahaha
BTW I LOOOOVE THAT HE SHOT HER! I was like 'WTF?!?!?!?!' when I saw the scene but later I just... it fits... it fits Kang Chuls character and how the drama develops.
AND WHAT WAS THAT PREVIEW? SHE'S GOING TO JAIL?!?!?!?! AND SHE WILL TELL KANG CHUL THE TRUTH? I need tomorrow already. I'm so exhausted after watching this ep. It was such an intense ride.

okay, I think Kim Min Jae switched Lee Yeong Oh MRI results with his old ones coz she is jealous bitch and she can't accept the fact that she 'loved' him for so long but couldn't change him, but here he is having feelings for someone else. Tho I myself ould prefer if he really did not change and he was just deluding himself into thinking he is changing because he wanted to be normal so badly. I think it would be more realistic...

I think the dad began writing the story without actually developing a character for the murderer and therefore,…
agree. I wrote something similar in 'Who do you think is the killer?' topic on forum. That the identity of the killer is not important because the mastermind behind KC family death is Sung Moo. He became villain of coincidence. He might not know that the webtoon he creates will gain his own 'free will' at the time of writing the killing scene, BUT is still turn out to be true. So the moment Kang Chul figures out that all the misery in his life was created for pure entertainment by Sung Moo, he will go after him. Not to mention Sung Moo tries to get rid off KC so he has to 'protect' himself somehow. I honestly can't wait for next episode. :D

the portrait of police in this drama is definitely one of the things that really annoy me. A lot of people say they did amazing job with all the medical part of the drama, but what;s the point when the crime aspect is ridiculous and unrealistic?

I'm so confused with the ending of 12th ep and the preview of 13th. IF it's really all big con and Seong Il did not threw Jeong Do under the bus to save himself but have some kind of master plan, then those dudes have some good dedication. Coz at the end of the preview Jeong Do suggests he's been in prison for 2 freaking years.

Ok, so I rewatched the first two eps (it's tht good), and I feel like it still isn't enough! I want to watch them…
about the 'why would he be scared of a world that he created?' because he is losing the control over this world so it's not 'his' anymore. and losing control is scary. + what is he want's to kill Kang Chul not only because he thinks he's a monster, but also to stop two worlds morphing into one? that's a possibility.
honestly the longer I talk to you guys the more questions I have and more confused I'll end up being hahahaha

I just think the writers of this drama are smart enough not to overdo it. you have to make the drama well balanced. If they try to make every aspect of it surprising and complicated and deeper then they might end up with mess that they won;t be able to explain within the 16 episodes. I honestly don't mind some of the parts of the plot to be more 'obvious' or easy to explain if it means they will use that 'free time' to explain other more complicated elements of the plot. but then, we can all be wrong and it;s something totally different that no one saw coming hahaha. We need to wait for next episode. And I truly love this part of watching dramas, just waiting hahaha

Well, that's I think the easiest one to answer: The whole purpose on Kang Chul's life right now is to get revenged on his family killer. And who killed his family? Sung Moo. He created the killer, he is the master mind behind all the bad shit that happened to Kang Chul And at the end of the 2nd episode, we can see that Knag Chul knows there is something more happening, that 'something/someone' is messing with the world he lives in and is trying to get rid off him. And that knowledge is what Sung Moo fears the most, coz it;s only the matter of time that Kang Chul will try to defeat his creator and gain the 'absolute' power and control over his own life. So he decided to kill Kang Chul before Kang Chul tries to kill him. The whole quote with 'I'll eat him before he eats me' just proves this. Especially now, that his daughter got dragged into the webtoon, he might be afraid Kang Chul might try to use her against him at some point. So the answer is: why he tried to kill Kang Chul: because he fears him. He is just afraid that Kang Chul will get the revenged he wants.

Pretty sure Kim Hyun Ji is not dead but in coma. She doesn't have this glowing aura around her like other ghosts and she just looks way too... human. That might also explain why she doesn't know how and why she died, coz she didn't. And she can't 'go to the other side and disappear' like she should, coz her body is still alive.
