I think bullying when you were younger is not unforgivable if you know your mistakes now and have changed, BUT THIS... is NOT just plain bullying and being a mean person. What he did was disgusting and counts as sexual assault. Like some people have said, some things are just inexcusable regardless of age. Sure, people deserve a chance to change, but people like this shouldn't be public figures.
IDK what fight scenes people on this page are talking about. As a translator for this drama, I was CRYING over the lack of fight scenes cuz they just keep TALKING and TALKING and talking. Like c'mon, for a so-called Wuxia drama, the fight scenes are horrid.

Another problem with this issue was the way she responded to this whole thing. Instead of being apologetic, she really just rambled about nonsense and stated that she didn't do anything illegal. At least other people involved in scandals come out to apologize for their shitty behavior. This is no simple "MISTAKE". She and her parents are clearly very self-centered and have no morals.
Anyway, this drama is probably never airing cuz the government has literally announced this girl ain't getting any chance to appear on screen anymore.
Such a well-executed drama, literally did not get bored for even a single minute throughout these 51 episodes. So many scenes have you at the edge of your seat, in anticipation of what's going to happen and if the side you're rooting for is going to get exposed. Someone said there's not much fighting, but it was still packed with action, suspense, and thrill. Obviously not every single ep is like that, but every scene was pretty necessary and important IMO. No scenes were pointless and build up to each climax. I don't think espionage dramas are really supposed to be about fighting, but rather secret scheming/missions. This wasn't a romance heavy drama, but the leads still managed to have some cute scenes! This has to be one of the best dramas I watched this year, if not the best. And definitely one of the best I've ever seen. I can't believe how exciting and thrilling it managed to be! Cried BUCKETS for Fu Duo's dad and in the last two episodes! Went into this drama not expecting much, but was soooo pleasantly surprised. Even my mom who doesn't usually watch dramas in this era really loved it too.
Loved loved loved the three main characters, especially Xia Jicheng! He was such a cool and handsome character!! Shen Qinghe was such a great female lead as well, very strong and full of bravery. The amount of sacrifice these 'secret agents' deserves so much respect. These people in fact give up everything to accomplish what they believe in, with no hesitation whatsoever. Loved the entire Division Two squad, and I knew Officer Xiao would end up being one of the best side characters since the start!
The male lead is not your typical strong and smart hero, but he is a hero in his own way. It's the righteousness and determination that make him so different from everyone else and exactly what a hero fighting for his beliefs needs to have. He may not be good at fighting or have the brains, but he's someone that insists on doing what he thinks is right, and will actually do something about it, compared to those who have such dreams/desires but only complain and resent the unfortunate situation/environment they're in and conform to the "norm." It's because he's simple-minded that doesn't think so much and only has his one goal in mind, which is to maintain justice and do what's good for the people. All he knows is he needs to do what is right, and he will do everything he can to accomplish this. Other people may have a lot of considerations that stop them from doing what they want to do even if they know it's the right thing, but he doesn't. It's his stubbornness to do good that gives him the will and courage to do what other people are afraid to do. I really loved this different take on a "hero" as it really delivers a very good message.

It's just because their purse looks the same so she accidentally took it. Not intentional at all. I don't think they made it look intentional. The camera just panned into the purses to make it evident that the purses look the same and that she's clearly going to take the wrong one. The fact that they switched purses is the reason why Zhenzhen gets targeted later on cuz the evidence is in the purse.
This isn't some amazing murder mystery with a shocking turn of events, but it's a very well executed story... And I'd say the core of this story is not really the murder mystery but rather Zhong Meibao's background story.... This series literally had me crying from Episode 8 all the way till the end. Really discusses the topic of women and the unfairness they suffer in society. Though things have improved greatly nowadays, it still exists... And really shows how hard it is to struggle free from darkness once you've sunk deep in... Very great and touching drama. Ending OST is also just awesome. I duno why people are always bashing Angelababy, but I think she did a decent job in this drama and really fits the character of Meibao. She doesn't have the best acting chops, but people bash her like it's unbearable to watch her. I'm sure she was pretty bad in some of the other dramas, but I think she did nicely here!
