A, episode 21 is so heavy.
The complete revelation of what happened to the father and daughter.
I was loudly cursing at the ex husb and inlaws when they were pleading to take her body back. My mom asked me what's wrong. 😅
And then the fight scenes, bai lu's and her master's, so good! Esp master's! If that was my last fight, no complaints, no regrets. I only now realized how epic a spear is.

I watched ep 1 of the donghua after the first episodes of the drama dropped. It was fun, almost the same. I was further impressed with the drama.
Also watched a preview or teaser of 2nd season, i loved it. And yeh it's still ongoing.
I might watch the rest once the drama is done. 😁

It's actually nice that they are exploring that, being suddenly thrown in an unknown and (for most stories) dangerous life. It's sort worse for him since he doesnt know why he was suddenly there and there was no 'system' who could somewhat keep you company (even if it trolls you, like the one page fr the 90s) if i were him i would've thought the modern world was a fever dream.
I thought the tear was a bit of an over reaction, when they first met. so i thought has he met her before? But yeh having it explained he was in away alone for more than a decade, i would cry too.
Now i am intrigued having practically lived a life already, how drastically would he have changed a middle schooler?

Well i have to try watching my wife's dbl life now. 😁

I think part of what's scary of Tang's character is his VA. Voice is really menacing
