When I start watching a drama and seeing all the connections as it unfolds as I am seeing here in LA, it becomes a masterpiece to me. Of course, there is more to come. Just watch and see. You cannot understand till you watch it yourself.

"A happy childhood can heal you for a lifetime, but an unhappy one takes a lifetime to heal." I love that Xu Yan wants to save Haochen, and, sadly, she is the one still healing.


There is no black and white in this drama. Xu Yan didn't lie so she could marry into a rich family. From what I have seen of her so far, she would not marry for money or status. She wants love and companionship. I believe she really loved Haoming from the start.

The parallels between Haochen and Xu Yan show that children suffer from abandonment issues in all levels of society for various reasons, including emotional and economic factors. Love is a vital need for happiness.

That part was the most annoying. He has some nerve!

46.20 million on the 3rd day is awesome! I heard that if it has 50 mil by the time the drama ends, it is considered good. I wonder how many it will be by the end of drama.

Good for you that you waited! You can start now because this will take a turn by ep 14. Once you watch, you will start to see it in a different light. There is much more than meets the eye. We are not even half way and this is already a masterpiece. I am obsessed. I have been watching mini dramas because I cannot seem to get into any dramas apart from a few. Now I can't focus on anything but Love's Ambition.

I have been waiting for it since several episodes ago but I have to say, none of the episodes have been wasted. Each episode has a significant meaning. But I will be relieved for the stress to end😂

He is so aggravating. I hope he disappears soon. I didn't get the feel that they were intimate. When he saw her again there was no look of that sort of familiarity.

I loved these two dramas so much. But for some reason I keep thinking of Bai Feng Xi because of Lusi's depiction of Xu Yan. Lusi showed her versatility with WRTW, And she is showing it now as Xu Yan. People don't talk about it WRTW as much as they do her other dramas. I would rewatch it more but I cry too much in certain parts.

It saddens me too. Every time the positive reviews get to the top, there is a group that comes in overnight and down votes them. This is why all the positives were at the back. This drama has been targeted by several groups.

I think Xu Yan will be there for him. She is so in tuned to his feelings. She understands not being recognized. Even though Haochen was given everything, he was denied his real father's recognition. Maybe it was planned to be revealed later because in the teaser for ep 14, Haoming said he chose her because the society women would never accept his son.

They do it every drama that is a hit. The comment I read had nothing good to say about Xu Yan and lacked any insight to show that this person watched it.

I think I saw some comments that Zhou Ze Yuan was an ex-boyfriend. I don't know if was speculatiion as I read it here before he appeared in the drama. After watching the last episodes, I think he was just a friend and nothing more. If he was an ex in the novel, I don't want to know 😂 I don't want it in my head while I am watching the drama.

it seems they give us more insight as we go along. We are getting to like the sister more. But so far it seems she went along with the parents giving her everything. She could have objected. She was older.

When I rewatch, I will see if I can pick the most intense situation 😂The wedding was unbearable. I felt so tense I had to take deep breaths. It was not so bad today. I was more annoyed at that guy Zhou Ze Yuan. And I know Fang Lei is going to be in one of tomorrow's episodes. I am anxious😩

In ep 14, we saw that the mother in law is not bad. She listened to Xu Yan and spent time with her "son." And she has also come to love Xu Yan. Who wouldn't? She is so patient and kind. I am hoping that the only thing that happens after the divorce is Haoming trying to get Xu Yan back. It should be fun especially after the torture of the first 8 episodes. Well ep 8 had Madame Yu's scenes and they were sweet. But I have been so stressed. Lusi is outstanding! Her acting here combined with Xu Yan's character strengths reminds me so much of how she was as Bai Feng Xi. I have been thinking about it since I started watching LA.
