The white light hurts my eyes especially when I am trying to see a kiss! I am so glad they did not use it. As for the LR, I saw her love for PWX. She was holding back for a long while it got to the point I felt it was too over done. But I could see she cared for him especially when they told her he was dead. I love this couple.

Don't waste your time responding to those who hate the drama. The ones who are still in here are not worth your time discussing it. They are just plain hateful. The others who were disappointed in the drama but were great in discussion have all moved on to other things. I scroll by certain people here and I advise you to do the same. I have blocked those not worth the time it takes to respond.

The director was scolded on Weibo for showing the FL kissing her ex but with the ML is was a candle 😂 But Duke Su's expressions and his flirting was so good! I really love WXY. I would love to see him with Lusi.

I went to the episode I saw people going crazy over with the first kiss.I think it was episode 22. All she did was take his hand and he took it from there. He looks so good and his eyes and facial expressions are sexy, but she is just flat. She is like that all the time which is why I was disappointed to see it was her with Xu Kai. I don't bother commenting in the forum because I don't get the hype. I felt nothing watching them together. The only thing I enjoy is seeing how good-looking Xu Kai is but she is not a good match. This is my opinion.

That huge bump was a good sign it was going to be exaggerated. It is the way we could accept that PWX wanted to give LR that elixir 😂

Did he do that in the book? I remember in the drama he went ahead of LR to go to see the emperor and LR yelled after him "How dare you go ahead of me!" It was something along those lines 😂

The FL in TD was amazing in her role. I kept wanting to see what she was going to do next. It was quite entertaining to see her get back at those who were against her. Each episode went from one to the next as the plot unfolded. With TPR, there was such depth that some missed it's meaning just watching it on the surface. Anyone who only saw PWX as a simp missed who he was as a character.

There were so many wonderful scenes that were ignored for the "love" of SRQ. It is unfortunate that people didn't give full credit to the main leads for their performances and instead turned all their energies into hating SRQ. Even if some of PWX's scenes were left out from the novel, he did a great job depicting his character because I got the same feel that the novel readers describes about PWX from the novel. ZLH was incredible. He showed PWX to be much more than just a "simp."

The same thing he has been doing throughout this whole forum. I don't understand why he and some like him are still here. Why hang around a forum for a drama that they hate just to spread nasty comments? There are few I just ignore.

By the way, be careful saying PWX is your most fav character of his, because when I said I love ZLH more after watching TPR, I was accused of being biased and a liar.I am not sure if you saw that conversation. I have been scrolling by all the hateful comments and would not have noticed that one had not a friend sent me the link in messages.

First of all, let me say I loved this and thank you for sharing.

Second of all, I am going to say a few things that is not meant to bash or offend any of the book readers who downrated this drama.

I got this sense of PWX clearly while watching the drama. In fact, this edit is missing one quick scene where PWX's expression changed and he told his assistant that they needed to get their plan in motion. I don't know which plan because that was not actualized and I see if I can catch it later. There was another brief scene after LR gifted PWX the sword she took from LC, where as soon as she left, PWX's expression changed as he handled the sword. He was thinking and his face took on a look that he was prepared.

My point is, I watched the drama for the drama. I loved PWX and loved ZLH even more than I did before watching this drama. I wish the drama had shown this side of PWX more and had not cut out some of his scenes from the book which showed his commanding side, BUT I still got the feel of PWX from the drama. ZLH was amazing in his role. He made me love PWX as a man who was a brilliant strategist ( I could see that), intelligent, faithful, protective, brave, loving, funny, and even petty in jealousy. It is unfortunate, that instead of giving some credit to ZLH's performance, some viewers are more focused on SRQ's screen time. There were so many beautiful scenes. PWX's lines melted my heart. I only included a few in my review. He was my favorite character in this drama and one of the my top favorite in all the dramas I have watched!

There were so many great scenes that nobody talked about and even if mentioned, they were swallowed up by one topic!
