This c-drama is overwhelming my entire world at the moment. I just cant.

I'm not a fujoshi like that. I'm what one of the yougin' Thai girls called me an "auntie" for Thai lakorns. I've been around LONG before bl was a "thing" in Thailand. Actually, when bl was scandalous and disgusted. 20 long yrs watching lakorns.

I just adore these boys; just like when Captain & White came on the scene. Both sets old enough to be my kids.

I saw the filming and felt it had the cheesy feeling that always avoided in Thai lakorns. They never seem to get them right. Not to mention the acting. So, I was wondering how it was & I wondered how those boys did, since I do like them. Thanks for letting me know.

However, I am also critical of cinematography & directing. I was studying cinematography at one point in my life so...Thanks for letting me know. I'm all in and I appreciat your review. How are BounPrem's acting? Is it really good? Be VERY truthful. Don't look at it from the perspective of a fangirl. I'm really iffy about watching this b/c I want decent acting & I'm worried about this lakorn b/c the filming looks wonky.

Let us know when our Thai girls get it out to us...in FULL colour. Jeez.

I haven't seen it yet...but the filming seems a bit wonky & story corny. I know Prem & Boun are great actors. Did Prem & Boun hold up in acting in the lakorn? If so, then I'll watch it. If not. I'll pass it by.

My sarcasm is going to come through heavy here; I never knew that in all of East Asia 99% of the actors come from South Korea. I'm just sayin'.

With his behaviour and level of professionalism he should stay away. I don't care about looks.

The series is completed based on my understanding. So he completed the series. He probably just won't be in another Thai Lakorn EVER. Anyway he's Chinese, without special backing and visa he wouldn't be able to come back. Based on the reputation he's built in Thailand & through the Chinese backer it's going to be hard for him.

Why would he do that though? Does he come from some wealthy family or something?

That makes sense. To be given this opportunity and to fuck it up. That says so much. They would have hired him for other things in Thailand if he had done what he had to do. I wonder what this on-set hostility was about...his bad acting or the fact he couldn't speak Thai and he thought they were making fun of him? See that's horrible b/c if you were chill a lot of these boys get along so well they start teaching each other their languages.

China has made a few BLs. Where is everyone.

One of the guys kissed the other on the cheek and they were sort of aimig towards the lips...but I doubt anything happened. Then there was sharing the bed. China is getting more and more comfortable w/ that since Advance Bravely. People can say whatever they want. However, Advance Bravely was super BL and really pushed the envelope for BL dramas in China post 2014.

I just saw episode 1...OMG. I love this drama already. WHAT?! Ep,1 was amazing. Of course, I won't properly review until the end but the actors are endearing. I'm going to watch the original and of course read the manga now. I dropped shoju/josei mangas a while ago but now...I'll them up considering there's a rise in making them live action.

As a note, this Thai film is not to be compared to Train to Busan and should never be compared to any spectrum. Not to mention it is LONG, LONG, LONG, LONG, before Train to Busan. If anything, one would have to say, Train to Busan would want to have improved their story. A 10 yr old film is supposed to have some poor CGI - but then Thai films were a bit cheesy always w/ these types of stories.
Anyway, just b/c it says Train of the Dead...that wasn't where it was going. It's Thailand...they don't really go the vampire/zombie route. If you're familiar w/ anything Thai, you know they go ghost. That's what they do. They're the ones who brought us The Grudge and The Ring; for a reason.
This is only to be compared to something like Ghost Ship ---> Yeah, I'm the one who did the recommendation. Okay, I'll have to post a review.

Toomtam you had me Sud Sai Pan...I wanted to marry you. Sandy you have me too. This is going to be so good.

Literally the best male lead romantic Thai actor. I will stand by that and will argue it to the death.

I don't know but I hope so. It's all about ToomTam for me. Sandy is just a plus. Toomtam can act. The man sells romance like no other actor. He is literally the best male lead EVER. No other male lead can stand before him.
