Meng Li did amazing job portraying princes Wan Ning... She is perfect psychotic villain - she can look charming or serious or evil, she is always so self confident ... I love the way how she is "serving a hot tea"and even more hot tea... or "warming up hand of her lover" over the stove... She has a perfect manipulator attitude... She makes a perfect match for SYR... I hope they will serve them justice in next episodes

its really good - acting, costumes and script are top notch :) and the chemistry between main couple is simply amazing! their flirting is so good that even with very short interactions you can tell what's going on and its one of the best slow burning romances I had seen in Chinese Dramaland :)

I do agree with you - they have been very well prepared - they knew princess will come to make a scene - and it was up to Jiang Li to either win or fail that battle... But here comes Dukes trust and understanding of her character... He knew she can do it especially with him and Emperor playing alongside the lines :) Princess no matter how smart and cunning she is can't control herself well so she crossed the line and then defied emperors edict and gave him great opportunity to ground her in the palace.
