I haven't watched this drama and yet I understand what you mean. I've come across many such c-dramas where it's mostly the female dubbing artist who breathes so loudly as if they don't trust the actress to convey the emotions or thinks we are stupid to not understand what's happening right in front of us lol

If the drama is good then I lower the volume when such women open their mouth, it's not normal for grownups to talk like that. But yes thr have been times when even I dropped.

The story was different and could have been good but got ruined coz of childish FL and even worse dubbing.

It was so good, the locations were beautiful. But this female dubbing artist always overdoes it with her loud sighs.

2nd episode and the FL is annoying the heck out of me. She is a wannabe saint, her fellow doctor keeps insulting her but the FL is always good to her. At this rate I won't be surprised if she is ready to die for her. Maybe the FL is in love with the mean girl.

As usual, the ML doesn't set boundaries with girls throwing themselves on him. And the FL uses her ex to make him jealous without telling him to man up and decide whether he wants her or wants to enjoy attention from other women. It's a lousy excuse that he needs 1 girl to find out something and that the other girl is the daughter of his senior.

Lakorns don't understand the word subtle, it's funny when characters talk aloud, peek at someone while making it obvious. I would have dropped but weir, louis, mik stop me lol

The subs are cracking me up. In an epi the ML keeps calling the FL, uncle Yu 😂

Watched it for the actors otherwise it was irritating to see FL and her family's servitude attitude. It came so natural for them as if they have been peasants all their life.

While watching the 1st episode I wondered if the actress was a model coz of her expressions and the way she walks. MDL shows I'm right. The actor was no good either so had to drop within 20 minutes.

There was an old k-drama where the ML left the FL so that he could take care of his terminally ill ex, the FL tries to stop him but it was clear his heart lied elsewhere so she lets him go. He comes back once he is done and she easily takes him back.

This 2023 drama was even worse with the same plot. The FL and her parents keep begging the ML to not go, they threaten him that he'll lose the FL if he still leaves. But he easily leaves with his ex knowing that the FL is a doormat, who will take him back when he decides it's time to go back to her.

It was hilarious how the FL went around with a miserable face, letting everyone know she was still stuck on the moron instead of moving on. And the minute the ML is back she does her duty as a pushover very well.

Eccentric FL is an understatement. She is a robot who can eat human food, I wondered if she had some mental issues. It was not even funny and the animated acting made it impossible to feel bad for her.

It was all good till ep10 and then Fern starts to cry and it was so bad that I couldn't stop laughing. Otherwise so far it has been really good.

I had to pause watching and comment here. Zhao Yibo is such a good actor!! I'll check out more of his dramas for sure.

Watched 30 minutes of it, FL was childish and stupid while the ML was smart enough to embarrass her every step of the way. Acting and her dubbing voice were bad. Lower your standard and you might like it. I dropped it.
