If I am going to keep all the characters: The fight flashback between Liu Yan and Tang Lici at the beginning of…
There is some heart-wrenching chemistry between TLC and ZCJ, and this chemistry exploded in the underwater, confession and this scene in Ep37. This drama has no FL but if someone wants to assume one then it should be ZCJ simply because the trust, understanding and importance TLC placed on her.
You seem to be into this new drama starring Wu Jinyan and Aero^^

Likewise, I also look forward to your review! I am glad SLY brought us all together. In my heart, SLY is a timeless classic and wouldn't be replaced by any other wuxia/xuanhuan/xianxia coming from c-ent.
During my watch, I was too focused on the plot and overlooked other aspects of the drama; I plan to do a rewatch in a few days and have my focus on other aspects, I still do have to look at the link you have sent me ;))

Aimi is indeed a gem, and I believe Zhong Chunji is another female character, Tang Lici let his guards down, she is the only character in the drama whom he told about his life in the celestial realm, not even he told this to Fang Zhou, Chi Yun, and Liu Yan. This particular scene between TLC and ZCJ was mesmerizing and oozed intense emotions from both side.
Still somewhat mopey over the fact that we did not get to see details of Ye Mo and Bai Nanzhu that should have…
Bai Nanzhu is the true evil character here ^_^ Everything in the drama happened solely because of him and his endless greed. He wanted to be the God, the like ultimate god and true heavens to kneel down before him; one would find Ye Mo pitiful, if compared to him.

The post just has been concluded, try reading it till the end, maybe you will get your answers. The loop didn’t reset by itself— it was overturned by TLC. The post already explained why TLC jumped into YM’s body and not his. In 1st loop, GMD didn’t go back in time with TLC, it was the GMD of original timeline at the bottom of the sea, he is a different GMD from the current timeline. In the 2nd loop, GMD did go back in time with TLC but this loop is not created by YM, GMD in this one tried to betray YM. The time could go back to before TLC’s birth because TLC and GM combined their powers, the post also explained this. If TLC dies then GMD would still had existed. GMD was created before this entire concept of loop came into the drama; T3 would disappear, TLC1-2-3 would disappear but GMD would still have been there in the T1. YM and GMD are different and had never been the same. YM shared consciousness with Xiao Shi only, one can kill GMD and YM would still have been fine on the another side. YM is a high dimensional celestial being, not even the celestial beings from Tianren realm could kill him; I wonder, what made you think mortals would be able to? It was a complete suicide from YM. The time machine is made from his celestial bracelet; which had a limited power and couldn’t hold up much longer, the time machine would break apart and YM1 and YM3 fighting wouldn’t be over. None from YM1 and YM3 could win and they would be fighting forever. YM1 would let seven masters to attack him while YM3 freeze their attack, the battle at Tiandu peak would become a never-ending saga. Also, TLC was needed to live-witness the time-travel to understand the timelines and the muruals at the cave and to finally enter Sea of Reincarnation. It was all a pre-determined path for TLC written by YM, which TLC managed to overturn it in the last episode.
Indeed SLY deserved to have more episodes, I want 6-8 episodes for the Celestial realm arc for everything to be fleshed out, similar to Prajana floating life in TTEOTM. The actress you saw is the Shaman, Zhong Chunji and Chi Yun visit her to inquire about the Hao mansion case in Ep2, it adds nothing to the drama and well cut out scene. I have also concluded my post, I suggest for you reading all over as I added things here and there. I don’t have reddit either :( maybe we need to find someone else?

Of course, Tang Lici will forever be with me. And I am soon going to do a rewatch and keep sharing my thoughts, it’s just that once you write a review, it does seem like a closure, this is why I don’t usually write reviews, however SLY is too precious for me to not write one.
I have just concluded the post "Whispers Of Fate— Worldview/Timelines and other details, with my best understanding and capabilities.
This is mainly for the future viewers, I have included everything I could that ties up all the things together (there are still some things left but it is what is it now~ already way too long XD) I hope my post could be of some help if someone in future find themselves to be confused.
Now what’s left is to write a review, after that it will be time for me to officially bid farewell to SLY and Tang Lici >.<
Thank you for your beautiful review! Tang Lici’s comprehension and the unfolding of this drama makes one to wonder about their own existence and path. Perception of world and different circumstances in the life.
Ye Mo also died in Ep40, he is Tang Lici’s brother, companion, saviour, and beloved disciple💔
I am so serious, if Ye Mo were given a chance, he would play the roles of everyone around Tang Lici... Fang Zhou, Liu Yan, Chi Yun, Shen Langhun, Fang Pingzhai, Shao Yanping, Zhong Chunji, A Shui, etc etc... all of them would be Ye Mo.

In this drama, time doesn’t move forward but moves in a Mobius strip. If you try to analyze the first loop, you will come to discover that there was never an exact starting point, it keeps going on like a circle. LIKE, you wake up on a sunday morning, do all your work then sleeps at night but when you wake up the next day, it's not monday but still it's sunday and again you do all your work and then sleep and again you wake up next day and again it's sunday, it keeps repeating to infinity. Just like that, In SLY, TLC goes back in time, YM is defeated, FZ saves and raises TLC, Gui Mudan builds time machine, TLC again goes back in time, YM is again defeated... so on.
Tang Lici was picked up by Fang Zhou, but the first mortal Tang Lici saw in Shenzhou was Liu Yan. Liu Yan was also the last mortal Tang Lici saw before leaving Shenzhou.

One solution to all problems; Removal of both A Shui and Bai Suche XD. I too watched Immortal Ascension for Yang Yang (Han Li), I really liked Han Li in the novel, tried to watch the donghua but couldn’t due to low budget animation. I would say RI won in this department.
Tang Lici be like; all good people are my friends but all evil people are my loved ones(◕ᴗ◕)

The antagonist greatly admires the protagonist, and he doesn’t shy away expressing his admiration to the protagonist.
