Zhao Yuan Zhou's way of executing his powers will always be so captivating. The way those single words escaped out of his mouth with his low voice screams absolute dominance. Specifically loved the scene when he walked out and stood infront of Pei Si Jing then as he said the word "dream", the hiphop bgm started to play. It was so badass and iconic.

am hoping for it too! badass Wen Xiao is a need, she'll definitely win over that prime minister...for real! afterall humans become invincible in the name of love 😂

I also think it could be Wen Xiao since she said she was going to meet the prime minister or it could be the demon who impersonated her earlier.

One of the things that keeps me so hooked in this show is definitely how clever the characters from the demon-hunting team are (including Bai Jiu)✨

For real! and add in the enemy to lovers trope with how he choked her and how she threw the powder to him 😂🤭

yeah he was gonna offer it to her thinking he had successfully gaslighted her but she outsmarted him....ok I thought I was the only one who felt their scene was kinda giving romantic vibes...especially the one when Wen Xiao fell into the water and they were staring at each other 👀 (am sorry zhu yan haha)

I swear 2 episodes is and will never be enough to satisfy me, I need all the episodes now because the storyline is definitely cooking. I love today's episodes as usual but hated how it ended too soon.

I knew Li Lun wasn't going to be the main villain of this story since the malicious energy that takes control of Zhao Yuan Zhou during the blood moon was still a mystery, considering how Zhao Yuan Zhou is a powerful demon and the only time he lost control was 8 years ago. Finally, all the pieces are slowly being connected, the ever-burning wood which he had accidentally absorbed back then is definitely the main reason why he has been becoming uncontrollable and evil.

The backstory for Li Lun turned out to be tragic, he used to be good but too hot headed. He was so driven by his hatred and desire to take revenge that he couldn't see the truth. His real enemy wasn't Zhao Yuan Zhou but Chongwu Camp. It's so sad that the so-called betrayal of a friend and hatred was the only thing he still constantly screams about until his last breath. That scene during his death was so emotional - Zhao Yuan Zhou crying and him slowly fading away. Their good friendship turned for such a bitter end, and they only learned about the truth for their real fall out when the other is already at death's door. A wonderful acting between Minghao and Yanan.

Also, Wen Xiao proving yet again how clever of a character she is despite being the weakest due to the Baize Token being broken thus making her condition weaker again. Like how she dealt with Li Lun's question game and out-smarted him when he was trying to gaslight her into joining him for revenge against Zhao Yuan Zhou. Not to forget how unexpected she suddenly came in between the fight and managed to snatch that rattle from Li Lun's hands at the perfect time like she was stealing a candy from a baby. Such a wonderful move from her and the way she finally destroyed the rattle was so satisfying. (side comment, the scene when she was thrown into the water with Li Lun staring at her from above um...idk if it is just me but it kinda gave a romantic vibe with how they stared at each other lol).

I just know we are definitely headed for a tragic ending now that both Wen Xiao and Zhou Yichen had boldly expressed how they wanted Zhao Yuan Zhou to live in front of his face. Wen Xiao's words and Zhou Yichen's words towards him during that scene was so heartwarming. I knew they would never turn to hate him after that incident - especially Wen Xiao, she just needed time to process everything but after it, she never hated Zhao Yuan Zhou.

I've started to like Pei Si Jing even more, she is a cool character and her collaboration with Zhao Yuan Zhou is such a brilliant move, but I feel sad that Bai Jiu really turned out as the spy. I do think Bai Jiu will waver and betray Chongwu Camp in the end to protect his friends. However, it hurts to see him being the reason why Zhao Yuan Zhou had started to lose his senses. The cliffhanger at the end killed me just when it got even more intense.

Yes! Neo does fit the korean beauty standards but with a company like SM, he is more likely to be recruited because of his vocals. Some idols (foreigners) that debuted under SM don't fit the korean beauty standard but because of their talent they got recruited. But, yeah he does look like a k-pop idol!

He was a trainee under SM but he didn't debut so he is not considered as a Kpop idol. He did become a Cpop idol though. Yes, he can speak korean because it is mandatory for them to learn it. It's part of their training.

He is definitely charismatic, it's noticeable with how he carries himself. IKR! and to add to that is his vocals it would have been insane if he debuted in SM but at same time am glad he didn't cause y'know how that ent is 🤭 (p.s am exo-l too)

yeah, you can mistake him for a k-pop idol with how handsome he is and his styling is well-suited for him. The first time I discovered him was in cambrian period and looking at how he grew from then to now, he never aged at all.
