If they didn't delete that scene, I think it is supposedly in the dream realm because Zhu Yan gave Qing Geng the fish scale of Ran Yi and we know that he is a dream demon. Also, Qing Geng wrote a letter about the word willingness being incomparable and then the conversation between Pei Sijing and Zhou Yichen where both of them agreed that Qing Geng wouldn't choose freedom. So, if we ever get to see that scene of theirs, it is in Qing Geng's dreams only.

I hope the panelist with curly hair wouldn't be included in the next season of heart signal. Some of her commentaries were good but she started to become shady towards the cast. Specifically towards YuYan cp. Recently when all the casts filmed together with the panelist, she made a shady remark towards Oscar about him being feminine and thankfully Jerry Yan rebutted well and said it was only due to him being a gentle person. The way they all had a sad ending for their romance. Just when we thought it was already cruel enough, they brought us Qing Geng and Fei's love story which is even more heart wrenching. I feel so much pity for Fei who only wanted to live life like mortals and demons do, but because of his fate as a demon who only brings calamity, he has been isolated from the world throughout all his life. It is so unfair to be unable to live life when life itself fleets from you. His last words before his death teared me so much.

If you remember earlier episodes, he explained about it to Zhou Yi Chen.

I definitely get what you are saying. I have watched quite a lot of dramas that has a slow storyline pace and slowburn romance trope, and have seen these type of complains about the drama either being boring or the leads having no chemistry in every drama, it has been a common norm. It is heavily due to people having different preferences so such repetitive complains honestly don't bother me anymore, as I know for a fact the chemistry is evidently there regardless they be intimate or not. I suggest if people aren't into such, then it is better to just drop the drama.
