I totally agree! Although the prequal will be a bit more relaxed in terms of gore and action since it's more about Kenshin's growth as a person and not a killing machine, it's still gonna be interesting to see how he was like before as the manslayer. I hope this one will be better than "the Final".
If you want to watch this on English Sub go on YouTube or here is the link to the episode 1. Episode 8 is WIP!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNlGhfiwdOk
thank you so much! So do we have to wait until ep 8 is available or not?
I'm VERY excited for this after seeing the trailer, however I'm feeling a bit skeptical and frankly wary/pessimistic in regards to the episode count. My experience with BL in Korea, although great, were still disappointing due to lackluster plot holes and unfulfilled character development due to short screen time. I'm choosing to be somewhat skeptical since all my past experiences of getting all excited were proven disappointing. I'm just hoping it's not 5 or 6 minutes but at least 10-15 minutes so that we can get some worth in it. I'm trying to be as realistic as possible and say that we probably won't get a full 30 minute airing time for each episode, just with how Korea is still a bit careful with what they air on TV, but I'm REALLY hoping that this might be the exception and at least give us 20 minutes instead of the usually 10 minute or 5 minutes episodes since it's definitely not enough time for character and plot development. Fingers crossed ladies and gents! If anyone has any info on episode length please let me know since I've been searching for days with no news. Thanks!

there will be a second movie being made as a prequal to this to explain what happened between him and his sister. I saw the anime and some chapters of their history together so I'm hoping the "prequal" to this called The beginning will do it more justice.
I hate to say, I'm really disappointed in this one. As a fan of the manga, they really didn't do justice to the…
Yeah same! For some reason it was lacking the "UMPH" we saw and were shown in the previous 3 films. Though the fight scenes were fantastic it felt like the story needed more from the manga to back it up to give it more "stuffing" so to speak so we can get the full picture. Although I have seen all the anime and have bits and pieces of the manga, the previous 3 films did a fairly good job at summarizing very important key battles. This one felt a bit.... off? It was still fantastic in terms of acting, production, music and visuals, however story wise felt a bit dull.
It contains spoilers.First of all, I think that If you're interested in kpop, you would like this drama. It touches…
Thank you so much. I was originally gonna continue since I LOVED how realistic it was in terms of kpop industry and the ugly side of it but the ratings got me worried but I'll definitely continue :)
Can someone please give me an abridged version of what's going on in this show? I don't mind spoilers and I want to know if this is worth continuing watching since the rating for this started in the low 7.5 and just went up to 8.2 after a while but it's still not all that great either. I watched the first 3 episodes... I think until the Le Ma and her group found a new group with the manager dude and they formed a new contract. I want to know if it's worth it in regards to the couples and who gets with who. I've read the comments and some people are torn over the ridiculous situations that the characters get into with the fans of the SHAX group in the show.
Came to check again! Still no date :(Still hoping it won't disappoint with that "romance" part in genres
me too haha. I was putting this in the back of my mind after a month and I check this everyone couple of weeks to see if a trailer or legitimate news will be dropped with no luck. :(
WOW! What a ride of ep 9-10! I'm super invested into the ending now. Although my prediction of Doom falling in with TK was true and I knew it would bite him in the end, I was still sad to see the characters struggle so much. MM's character has really come a long way and I'm LOVING his character growth from cold, detached and hopeless to loving and full of hope. I knew that the both of them would want to sacrifice for the other so I wasn't surprised but the acting is on point. At first I thought that god (girl in hospital) was testing MM but it seems she was urging him to grow like the plant she carries. Although I really feel bad for god since she has to literally die with each incarnation/life for human sin, I still am slightly confused about her intentions with MM and TK. It seems she was urging MM to change for the better and I understand her view point of needing disaster in the world since happiness is born from suffering so it's understandable, but it seriously got me thinking this; if god can reincarnate multiple times and die why can't MM? It just seems weird that she can and he can't. He tried to kill himself many times in the past but couldn't so what if the role of "Doom" itself could be passed on? What if someone who did horrible things in life would HAVE to take on the role of "Doom" as servitude for the sins they committed in life in the afterlife and have MM pass on to reincarnate as a human? It just seems really unfair that only 1 being/soul is given the role of being "Doom" itself. God is right in saying that he must exist since disaster is necessary but why must it be given to one soul only?
Any thoughts on this? It's just a passing thought. Another thing for next week's preview got me thinking this; if they both want to live something must be taken in it's place just like with MM and the prisoner in episode 2-3. MM took the prisoner's suffering when he tried to kill himself in the hospital in episode 1 but gave it back to him in episode 3 which explains why the prisoner killed himself. So what if MM and TK need to loose their memories of each other to live? It just seemed that way based on ep 11 preview.
Overall I have a feeling that the ending for this show will be bittersweet. Someone will probably end up dying but I'm hopeful for a reincarnation route ending if it's MM that does end up dying.
The TV ratings are really not that good, they are decreasing with each episodes. I though with this star cast…
That is SUPER strange. It always seems to be the case that kdramas that have a refreshing new take on things take a while for the KOREAN audience to get on board with but it always seems popular overseas and internationally. Personally for me SO FAR this has got to be the most eye catching drama that sucked me in so quickly for 2021. It's still too early to say that it's going to end well but so far I have yet to be disappointed. It's such a shame that such a gem is not loved more nationally in Korea. Either way, this show is fire and I'm loving it.
Thanks!
