omg, if thatās really happened, thats truly suck! poor Neo Hou. i hope he never again work with GJM. doesnāt matter if he produced good and aesthetic drama if he keep bullying his actors/actresses. favouritism already bad enough, now you bullying your own lead star? thatās another level of cruelty. life as an actor/actress already difficult in China, they worked hard days and nights, didnt get enough sleep, enough rest, didnt get to meet their families, i hope these people are free from cruelty at workplaces. they deserved so much love for the hardwork they poured into their acting.

if im not mistaken, because ZYC not strong enough to control the energy coming from the demon blood. hence Lord Ying Long exchange it with his bone. plus, itās the only thing from Bing Yi that was left to him, hence he takes it back and disappears with his soul. thatās what i understand from it.

i think the drama didnāt well received in china because it was directed by Guo Jin Ming. Mr. GJM got a lot of issues, hence people just give bad rating regardless if itās good or not, they donāt even bother watching. because I remember, the douban rating start to open after a few episodes released. it doesnāt makes sense right.
hence, itās important not to get influenced by rating especially douban. cnetz mostly full of antis. but personally, i do believed in MDL rating.. and usually, i tend to watch dramas with good rating, and decided by my own if itās good or not. because the MDL rating is finalized when the show completed airing, if itās good, the rating keeps getting better and the otherwise happens if itās not. so to make it simply, if we got 8.8 for FoF, it means majority of us who watching this drama agreed itās THAT GOOD!

it suddenly hits me that thereās no more episodes of this drama starting on today. no more eagerly waiting every hours and seconds until new episode gets released. i missed zhou yuan zhou, our wen xiao, our pei sijing jie jie, zhou daren, our screaming bai jiu, our best chef ying lei. ying lei didnt even get a chance to be a renowned chef, he didnt get to travel around and see the best dishes in the world š¤§ my heart hurts. i swear, i keep replaying every scenes on my mind, staring at empty walls for minutes. why good things should end? why they didnāt last forever.. and why they end the way they did?!

true. her character was badly written at the end. thatās the only complaint i have. and again, people will keep questioning her role as baize goddess, yet still unable to do anything and even caused her beloved to die. we can accept it, but the way it was executed was bad and kinda rushed. i feel sad for CDL specifically, the drama surely didnt give justice much to her especially in the last episodes. but everyone do enjoy the rest of the plot, i guess, it didnāt matter since everyone not really expecting romance coming from these two.
