LOL she has a lot of personality and flaunts it at work and hides it at home :) you need to sharpen your eyes…
Yes, you really understand Sena and I think that's what makes me love her character! She doesn't fall into any tropes. Her fangirl personality is relatable, but outside of that she's a workaholic and keeps her emotions at bay. The small subtle ways she is startled and affected by Raik is fun to watch, because on a regular day before, she would outwardly giggle in happiness at seeing him onscreen.
If you're a fan of someone you value the public personality they put forth, which may be nothing like their actual…
And you're actually right, Laik literally said if you'd just been honest about it, I would have handled it better. But let's remember, he said he would not lose his temper with Jaehee during the interrogation yet he did, said he doubts he would hurt that much if someone told him a lie because he doesn't have much expectations from people, yet was deeply hurt when Sena hid her fangirl identity. So I still believe it was right for Sena not to tell him first, because she wanted to purely focus on the case and help defend him. If he knew she was his fangirl, he would not have accepted despite no other lawyer helping. When he fired her for a bit, he still didn't accept any lawyer even though it was dangerous for him not to.

Well I hope Episode 8 clears things up for you! Didn't let the misunderstanding drag on for too long. He just needed some time and space from her to process what she did.
They should stop forcing the romance , I really like this drama but there's no chemistry between the fl and ml…
It was initially labeled as a romcom, but from the actor's interviews, it leans more to a healing romance. with mystery/suspense/legal being the side genres
I know it's a romcom and that both of them are head over heels for a long time but the moment in ep 8 on the bench…
I don't think he was attempting a kiss. If it was, he would have gotten closer coz they were way too far apart for it. He just had the urge to touch her.
More than the murder mystery I’m actually here for the crumbs of relationship development of the main couple…
It's slow burn in the best way! It's making me crave for their scenes so much, even if I'm still invested in the murder mystery. I think the balance is good. If it had too much romance, I might crave the murder mysery and vice versa.
There's a maturity to this drama that I deeply respect. I really love watching this.I'm also relieved its 12 episodes.…
right? even if ML has a slight childish tendency when it comes to his feelings for Sena (like jealousy) when they have deep conversations his maturity (and hers of course) really shines.
I loved the reconciliation between ML & FL. It seemed realistic the way he got angry and then they took some…
Right??? They handled it better than I thought. Though I would have liked Sena to sulk a tad bit for the verbal hurt he gave her, like not taking his hand lol
I agree with you, tho drama try to pull the mental health card, it just felt way out of proportion and felt forced,…
I don't think it's forced. From the beginning, Do Raik was established as someone who had trust issues, temper, and a hatred/trauma for obsessive fangirls. It's not "pulling the mental health card" when that's what he was suffering from the first episode. It's the reason why FL felt like she needed to hide her fangirl identity, so that she could completely focus on the case and let him help her. He wouldn't have accepted her otherwise, and even if he eventually did because no other lawyer would take him, it would take a long time JUST for him to accept a lawyer who he mentioned was crazy. He had already labelled her crazy before knowing she was an obsessive fan.
The show had built up trust from ML's side when she had told him not to hide anything from her, and that "hiding something is lying." He was affected by that because he thought his whole life had been a lie if that's the case. But because she said that, he decided to come clean about everything.
So how do you think he's supposed to feel when she - who had told him "hiding something is still lying," hid the fact that she was one of, if not the biggest obsessive fangirl of his?
Plus, ML clearly said in ep 7 he's not angry because he thinks she lied, he said because she made him believe in her. He, who has trust issues, who said he doesn't have expectations much in people, so he doubts it would hurt that much if he found out someone lied to him, believed her. It's more of his problem than because of her. It just goes to show how deep his trust (and growing romantic feelings) is.
Basically, it's not forced coz it was built up from episode 1 and I thought this was obvious. Yet still so many people think it's just for the sake of conflict.
Now if they still have another huge relationship conflict on top of the murder plot they gotta investigate, then I might agree with you. This show is only 12 eps, it doesn't need that many conflicts.
havnt watched the drama yet, but its got an 8.2 so why you acting like the audience just doesn't get the drama?
Yeah I'm disappointed with the amount of people annoyed at ML "weeping all the time" bro the amount of suffering this man goes through, let him be vulnerable! It's not like he's crying and doing nothing about it!
I'm so happy you said that! I thought I would be annoyed since she's a fangirl but nope, she's so good at boundaries, not letting personal feelings get in the way of work. Very admirable.
ep 8. that was the most mature, healthiest conflict resolution I've seen in a while. no dragging, no lost contact…
Right??? I'm so happy with how it turned out. They have enough conflict from the murder plotline, there's no need for their relationship conflict to last too long.
It's a fun story with some interesting twists. But these two have zero chemistry romantically, and trying to sell…
I might have agreed with you if not for the scene where Raik literally smiles like the sunshine seeing Sena from below in episode 4. He hasn't smiled like that ever since his best friend died, and I would like to see more of him in love. The more in love he is, the more romantic chemistry they have imo. And I think their chemistry shines best when they have their deep conversations. Their skinship is minimal, but the amount of healing their convos give me, makes me want to root for them to stay together. But agree to disagree ofc
I've noticed a pattern when people say a couple has no chemistry that it always seems to be the dramas that are…
I'm loving their chemistry, I think it shines the most when they're having their deep conversations. It makes the more "tropey" romantic scenes like him catching her when she falls, work alongside how much they bond through their communication and understanding.
