Hey, so I encourage everyone to utilize the block function for any commenters who are acting rude toward the actors and/or show, especially if the direction of discussion is clearly not respectful. Imo this will prevent negativity from piling and prevent useless and/or inappropriate discussions. I just blocked one that insinuated Keng was bored watching ep 5. Just blocked another thinking the people who worked on this show didn't work hard enough. they built Master Pharan's house from scratch, from cement foundation all the way to the roof tiling, tell me that isn't hard work🙄whether or not anyone personally enjoyed the show thus far, does not invalidate the hard work.

I think everyone should be able to express whether they themselves enjoyed the show or not, if you found ep 5 boring, then please express it, but it is very insulting toward the actors/actresses that worked hard on this show, saying they too are bored, saying they didn't work hard enough. Everyone's tastes and standards are different so of course, there will be differences in enjoyment, but it's just so entitled and self absorbed to dictate how others enjoyed it.

My example is I personally didn't enjoy Revenged Love as much, but I respect all the hard work they put into the show. The BTS you can see just how dedicated everyone is. To not enjoy the show and then insinuate they didn't work hard or that they probably didn't like their own show, is beyond insulting. People should learn manners.

i dont think the comedy is doing it for me. it's just so....forced and unsituated. the plot itself is interesting but everything is a joke. like i hear comedy sound effects more than i can hear background music or noise. when everything is a joke, i refuse to take anything seriously and that is exactly why i will be dropping this.

i've been seeing some jealous keng clips after ep 5 aired. always salty when someone mentions any name related to Pong. they're promoting the show well because goddamn, now im invested how jealous pharan is gonna be. my curiosity is sizzling hot 🔥

I understand thai and the subs didn't translate accurately. in ep 1, the guy/student president? (idk) announced that after the term ends, because of the bad weather in the south and uni having safety concerns, they probably wont get to go camping. in ep 5 khem says he wants to stay until the term starts (which was translated into until the break ends but tomato tomatoe). so unless this is them saying it in a weird roundabout way to state it's just the week break within 1 term, i'd say it's safe to say it's between two separate semesters. if chan wants to stay too, then it is definitely between semesters. this could have been summer break, which is usually longer compared to winter/spring break.

ep 2. that eggplant situation thing. this cannot be rated g, right? lol the visuals of that eggplant bulge is disturbing.

Even toward the end of this episode with the powder scene, Khem looked genuinely frightened by Pharan's harshness. I feel like if you like someone, you'd be less scared of them lol. It just seems out of place to be in love but be trembling when your crush speaks. But I still enjoyed their interactions regardless and I see where you're coming from. Still I hope you continue to watch and see where it goes from here 😁

like yes im giddy af watching them interact but that's precisely why. it's because they're still in the process of opening up, it's the need, the desire, the want for each other. sometimes explicit situations are good but subtlety goes a long way imo. be more hungry, STARVE, then eat the full meal later.

this is just my personal opinions but i thought the first few eps were pretty plot focal (context, background, character intros, etc) and we only got hints of romance, which i quite liked. this episode does seem to lean more toward just the romance. the ghost lady appeared only in the beginning and never again throughout this and it had a lot of teasing and egging on from jet. i wish there was more balance, a little hint of romance here, a little ghost lady there. idk how the progression is compared to the novel (IF this series is following novel like this) but yeah, hopefully going forward there's more balance. although i do understand there's only 12 episodes. we're already nearly half-way there, they have to start developing the romance somewhere, but don't forget about the ghost lady too.

and so the infamous phakhapong mr.pong appears lol. in the premier when the actor was introducing his role as being the "hero" or "want to be khem's hero" and Keng stood up in the audience twice to show who's the true hero, had me wondering who this man's character is gonna be lol tell me Pong is gonna be more than just a passing character. i dont need a love triangle but it would be funny to see jealous Pharan 🤣
