Uea's mother is a piece of work, given what she did to him & how she is treating him, i don't get why he hasn't broken off contact with her. i get that he might love his sister & father, they might not be like the mother. but self preservation matters & sometimes u need to cut out people from ur life otherwise they will keep brining u down & sometimes those people r blood related. yeah it aint easy - but it's better then getting treated like his mother treated him in the hospital. but i do see where he gets his mean-girl personality from. *************************************************************************************************that's why i don't get why King can't get over him, yeah he cute but that personality is repulsive & in real life once people get to see him in action he will be left all alone. so i don't get why King still circling him. but i guess then no BL. *************************btw it's great that Uea apologized, but he never once offered to pay King back the money he gave his mother. that was weird. he not ur bf or spouse. & u just offered to go to the ATM, u can still go & pay him back. idk that bothered me.

Love Game in Eastern Fantasy Episode 12

The cast representing the bamboo and other plants are so funny and cute. Miaomiao is tying to make Mu Sheng happy and likes her 100% so she can go back to the real world. But I think she will prefer to stay in the game instead of going back.🤣🤣🤣

Episode 18 is full of gentle flirting and soft moments, and it’s easily one of my favourites. Watching the ML follow the FL to the mountains and jokingly appoint himself as her skiing coach was both sweet and natural — the kind of closeness that feels earned rather than forced. We thankfully only get a small dose of the SML, who spends his limited screen time moping over the fact that the FL now clearly has a boyfriend. The irony, of course, is that he didn’t pursue her properly when she was single, so this really changes nothing. Consistency, if nothing else. What really grounds this episode is the insight we get into the ML’s background — his complicated family history involving his grandfather, his mother, and the loss of his father. The fact that their parents have now met (the important ones, notably not the FL’s father) adds a quiet sense of seriousness and stability to their relationship. It’s warm, gentle, and emotionally reassuring.

Uea is a really unlikeable character, yeah u felt sorry for his childhood & that "mother" but on a whole i don't get why he walking around like god's gift to mankind. not everyone that smiles at him, is a player & just cause some r flirty - that doesn't a player make them. ********************************************************************************************************************i get he got morals & that's all well & good, but u don't have to be an ass about it & the way u treat people/men. also get that maybe cause of his childhood, he just avoids confrontation - so instead of having a talk to end things with his bf (that he caught cheating) or standing his ground where his mother is concerned, now that he is an adult he just avoids people in the hopes problems will go away - which it never will. ******************************************************************************************am thankful that at least with King he didn't shift the blame (even though King should've known better then to get into bed with someone as drunk as Uea was) but Uea didn't act a child & when he was cornered, he finally admitted he was at fault too & that he just wanted to chalk the night they spent together, to a one nightstand - put it behind them & go on as if it never happened. that not really a conversation, but at least he didn't shift the blame & start a fight so lets hope in the ep he starts to change cause walking around with that chip on his shoulder isn't making me root for him. just making me feel sorry for King.

Lin makes a perfect entry for XiGuang. Nice touch with the mini snow sculpture. Jiang Rui isn’t buying the instructor story completely but he’s willing to play along. Lin finds himself getting a side gig and entrenched with XiGuan and family for the day. He is on his best behavior because he wants to leave a good impression on them. There is an encounter with Xu on the slopes. Chris shuts down his would be wingman letting them all know XiGuang has a boyfriend. She is such a good influence for them. She segues the conversation to help Xu save face and not be embarrassed. If he has any sense at all he will thank God that a quality girl really likes him. Her dreamworthy hug 😂🤣 She takes the time to note how cute the bf is and that they need to step up 😂🤣 That rescue catch from Lin. He literally plants himself and lets her crash into him relishing the chance to hug her.🥰 He also sweetly embraces her off the ski lift so she’s not embarrassed by falling. One thing that stands out peripherally is how great the two moms are. XiGuang and Yu sen have been blessed with mothers that have survived tragedy but raise their kids in a loving hate free environment. I have no clue who Bokai is that keeps coming up in conversation, but I am thinking shady brother of Lin’s mom. There is such a dark story here. It is very sad and tragic and that Lin can stand with both sides of family without resentment, is completely due to a loving mom that raised him right. XiGuang is naive in guy choosing, but she knows how to travel and do the leg work herself. Her Gma and mom have not spoiled her or made her equate wealth with entitlement. Lin and XiGuang have the potential to be the power couple that gets things done in an un pretentious manner. They genuinely care for people in general and do not have the typical class issues that wealth is associated with. They treat people as people and class is irrelevant. When Lin’s mom goes right up to the table and calls him out.😂🤣 I like that Lin shoulders the blame for the prank and tells right away they are colleagues. This will gain immediate approval from family and let him not be locked in a fake instructor status the entire time there. I don’t know why Lin calls step dad Mr. Luo, but even with that title separation, it is clear he loves Lin’s mom and is a positive force for them. What I wasn’t expecting is that the moms knew each other. She knew right away that Nie was bad news. Lin’s dad was made the fall guy and literally banished to a remote location and when his mom intervened it resulted in his early death. I am thinking this might have been the spur for Lin to work so hard in medicine. XiGuang’s aunt is a force to be reckoned with. It is quite clear where Jiang Rui gets his vibrant extrovert behavior from.😂🤣She wants all the tea and straight up asks for it.😂🤣 Lin was spared giving his weibo info to her.😂🤣 XiGuang’s uncle is telling his side of Lin’s family tragedy and waiting to see if Nie is involved in the unethical business practices Lin’s uncles apparently were. With this history it makes sense for Lin to stay at a side corporation rather than in their immediate vicinity. For now it will be interesting to see what happens when these two moms get together.

This ep really gave me more insight of the story and human nature. The cause and effect and teaches us the consequesnce of our actions, not just the actions themselves. The writer gave a lot of creativity to write this first arch. Also, 2ml's developing character, his belief is slowly starting to change as he realizes human nature is more disappointing and scary than demons.

Ep 9 had a little bit of everything, comedy, familial longing and a bit of romance. I cried at the scene where both XY and her dad came to the noodle house for her bday. They both long for eachother to reconcil but XY never did for the safety of her dad. Her dad misses her daily too.

The Vendetta of An Episode 28

Emphasis on the vendetta is what transforms an ordinary story into an amazing drama. A vendetta gives the narrative a burning core, a personal reason that refuses to fade with time. It is not just about revenge, but about memory, pride, loss, and the need for justice as the character understands it. When a drama leans into vendetta, every action carries weight, every dialogue hides tension, and every silence feels dangerous. The audience is drawn into the emotional conflict, questioning whether revenge will heal or destroy the characters involved. Vendetta-driven drama thrives on moral ambiguity, forcing viewers to sympathize with flawed choices and painful decisions. It raises the stakes beyond simple good versus evil and explores how obsession can shape destiny. In the end, the emphasis on vendetta makes the drama unforgettable, because it mirrors real human emotions: anger, grief, loyalty, and the desperate desire to settle unfinished scores forever.
