Episode 4 of Broken (Of) Love delivers one of the most emotionally charged and well-balanced chapters of the series so far. With the stakes rising and the pressure surrounding Arisa intensifying, the story takes a more dramatic turn that keeps you completely invested from start to finish. The conflict introduced through Weiling adds a compelling layer of tension, making Arisa’s journey feel even more complex and engaging. You can really feel how everything is starting to weigh on her, and it brings a stronger emotional depth to the narrative. At the same time, the episode beautifully balances that intensity with softer, more intimate moments between Arisa and Lalin. Their scenes together are genuinely captivating! The chemistry feels natural, warm, and heartfelt. The romantic moments are especially well done, with a tenderness and authenticity that make them stand out. Those scenes feel meaningful rather than just decorative, adding emotional richness to the story.Faye once again delivers a flawless performance, bringing both strength and vulnerability to Arisa in a way that feels incredibly real. Atom continues to impress as well, not only holding her own in emotional scenes but also matching that chemistry effortlessly, making their dynamic even more believable and engaging.Visually, the series maintains its high standard, with cinematography that enhances both the tension and the intimacy of the episode. The soundtrack also plays a key role here, and the ending stands out in particular: Atom’s song debut adds a beautiful and memorable touch that perfectly closes the episode on an emotional high.Overall, Episode 4 is a standout. It blends tension, romance, and strong performances seamlessly, delivering an experience that is both impactful and deeply satisfying.

Solid episode. The story moves along its course giving us romantic moments and funny ones, keeping us engrossed. As with any SML, Min Jeong-U is present to disturb our loving couple by leaving snarky remarks here and there. Jealous Yi-An was a treat to watch. The car driving scene was intense but Hui-Ju was quick on her feet. I love all the epilogue scenes so far.

Finally, the plot I've been waiting for. I-An is jealous of Huiju—the glare he gives to the Prime Minister for interrupting their private space. I live to watch these >0<. Also, I fear the Queen Mother would use the accident to punish Huiju. If so, then the situation will heat up.

We Are All Trying Here Episode 1

Hwang Dong Man, in the first episode, already showcases a wide range of emotions that truly resonate with viewers. The writing and dialogue are easily a 10/10- raw, thoughtful, and deep. Every character introduced so far carries a sense of gloom yet remains incredibly relatable. Eun Ah, in particular, feels like someone who will have a compelling story to unfold in the coming episodes.I’m really excited to see how each character’s journey develops and how their stories will intertwine as the drama progresses.Ep 1 10/10

Episode 4 has me feeling a lot of emotions lol. I don’t love it as much as Episodes 2 and 3, but it gave us a broader view of the world our leads are in.There are a lot of confusing things:1. The power struggle between the Grand Prince and the Queen Mother. Most of the time, I-An puts her in her place, but this queen is really getting on my nerves. What the hell is wrong with her? I need some backstory to empathize with her because, at the moment, all I feel toward her is anger.2. About the marriage: will they be allowed to divorce? Does Hui Ju know she won’t be able to continue running her business if she marries into the royal family?I also feel like we haven’t been shown much about the main lead’s deal regarding this marriage.

Okay so Haran’s grandmother gonna get her surgery and she’s nervous but then mr park said how he wanted it be by her side since they never had the chance since Harlan’s grandmother went to Paris BASICALLY HE’S PRETTY MUCH ASKING HER PUT. AND NOW HARAN AND CHAN HAVE BROKEN UP AND THEN HAYEONG CALLED CHAN AT NIGHT SINCE HARAN DISSAPEARED TO THE BEACH TO CRY, AND AS CHAN WAS DRIVING HE REMEBERED ALL HIS MEMORIES THAT THE REASON WHY THE BOSTON UNI EXPLOSION HAPPENED WAS BECAUSE HYEOKCHAN FOUND OUT ABOUT CHAN TALKING TO HARAN PRETENDING TO BE HIM, AND HYEOKCHAN INSULTED HIM WHICH CAUSED HYEOKCHAN TO GET PUNCHED BY CHAN AND ACCIDENTALLY SPILL A WASTE CONTAINER THAT CUASED THE EXPLOSION AND KILLED HYEOKCHAN. SO NOW BECAUSE OF THE GUILT USA WENT BACK TO THE USA. AGAIN. I FEEL SO BAD FOR CHAN.

I literally almost lost my breath from the breakdown... just like Pheem. He was planning to get Than out of all that dirty game, and tried to protect him in every way possible... even if it meant pretending to kill him 💔💔💔💔😭 This hurt so much, and he wanted to find him first, and not have any of the bodyguards reach him first 😭

Weiling is not as weak we had thought her to be last episode, Arisa is now in the defense again, while continuing to make new plans. Arisa-Lalin moments were absolutely delicious, this show is proving each episode how smart it is, without even doing much. Just all plot points start and end in the same episode to fill up another part of the bigger puzzle.

This episode deals mainly with the emotional trauma of Chen Ying and Zhu Xia. How each finally starts to heal from the emotional damage of the accident when Chen Ying's car hit Ding Jian Xi. And the lesson about the importance of healing from one's anger is delivered in purified form of a very nice lecture by Professor Ren towards the end. On the surface, it's kinda cheesy. But the way the episode plays out it works very well. This episode also marks the actual first steps forward in Ren Tian Zhen's growth as a person since the show began and, along with that, actual forward progress of a relationship between he and Sun Tou Tou. Sun Tou Tou herself shows increasing respect for her master and an innate understanding of his lessons. Very subtly, her character is changing. Her posture is taller, more upright in more scenes, making her look more and more like a competent young lady rather than the hunched-over wild ruffian she used to be. Oh - and a low-key cool side bit seems the quiet emergence of Meng Meng and Ding Jian Xi as potential besties. They immediately look cute as friends. Maybe this can start to ween Meng Meng of emotional dependency on RTZ?

I adore this episode of Universe League. I was gearing myself up for another week of competition, practice, and possibly elimination, until I realised we were getting a whole sports day episode.Everyone looked so at ease and happy. It was so much fun, and I rewatch it all the time.

that was awful <3 i knew i liked this less but i did bump up a point because i did move at the moment watching all these different mothers have to send off their sons we haven’t focused on. i didn’t know much to anything about each of them but i was able to understand all of them because they all share the burden of sending off your child & being sent off to die. all they’ve lived for was to die. with that being said i can’t say i don’t get the point of this i do. i just don’t think this production lived up to its purpose. i felt it to be very shallow & didn’t really do anything incredibly strong & i could not invest myself to any of our main cast & felt not satisfaction at their fates. also the present+day was extremely tacked on. it actually detracted from the rest of it it was so unnecessary & actually causes more problems like how tf did gisaburou have a descendant ? ? ? ? their characterization in the present is just soooo what’s the point ? why does this matter. why did you do this.

find it ironic that both leads somehow ended up owing money to the companies they worked for, in Xiang Yong's case more so - if he was just an intern WTF he in a position to owe the company there something just not right there & the whole scene at the start came off shady as f*ck & the Publishing house president came off like a conman - sadly Xiang Yong is MIA as far as his father is concerned & he is a small guest house owner who wouldn't know what is right or wrong & instead of seeking help or knowing someone knowledgeable he just looking how to cover the debt & get his son out of trouble. ****************************also given Xiang Yong predicament i am shocked that his wish was to disappear & not that his problem disappeared, a much more logical wish IMO but it is what it is & the mains kissed, even though a blind drunk kiss doesn't count - not when the next day when they r sober they (emotionally) will be right back at square one. *********************************************************& even though i am still rooting for the 2nd couple, kinda getting tired of Li Wan Zhe taking advantage of Hamaguchi Aomi's wooing him & turning him into his servant, getting old fast. *************************************************************************side note: took me a sec to recognize Sam Lin & idk but IMO he doesn't look that good here - why? as i saw him in Unknown & he looked so freakin good there. is it just the haircut? weird
